This was a beautiful hotel with a stunning view from our room. The included breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, fresh croissants and bread, cheese, meats, scrambled eggs, as well as fresh made fruit juice and coffee. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and professional, responsive, and efficient. Overall an excellent experience here, and if recommend it as well as come back to stay here again if ever in Sintra.

We stayed 4 nights at Villa Bela Vista and found the hotel luxurious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was elegant, delicious, and served in a wonderful dining area with a beautiful new of the valley. It feels like a very well appointed home with a great service. We recommend this hotel to those who travel to Sintra. Sintra is not very car-friemdly and if you can avoid driving, it will be more practical and comfortable. Uber is easily available if you need a car although you will end up walking to most places.

We stayed 4 nights at Villa Bela Vista and found the hotel luxurious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was elegant, delicious, and served in a wonderful dining area with a beautiful new of the valley. It feels like a very well appointed home with a great service. We recommend this hotel to those who travel to Sintra. Sintra is not very car-friemdly and if you can avoid driving, it will be more practical and comfortable. Uber is easily available if you need a car although you will end up walking to most places.

The room was fantastic, replete with tall windows and shutters, a marble bathroom with a stunning tub and shower. Located just a few minutes walk from center city Sintra where there are bare, restaurants, and shops galore. The only issue is getting into the hotel. The street be is busy in front of the hotel door. If you have a lot of luggage or bags, you’ll have to carefully manage getting them across the street from the parking area. And you have to be very careful not to miss the hotel as you drive the loop to Sintra’s most popular historical sites — the Moorish castle and the National Palace.

We had an incredible stay at this wonderful property. The view from our room was stunning. The property is clean and well-appointed. Marisa could not have been nicer! She was so welcoming and gave excellent advice and suggestions. All of the staff were accommodating and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful with many options. Vila Bela Vista exceeded our expectations and was at a perfect location too. Sintra was the highlight of our trip. Thanks!

Such an amazing view. The bed was so so, as it had some sort of plastic which made it uncomfortable and noisy, but we loved the room, location and the food. We did the a la carte at the restaurant and it was delicious! A wonderful place!!

When you first arrive at the hotel you think “hmm seems a bit close to the road maybe” but once inside and once you see the views and the vibe of the place (and the wonderful friendly staff), you see why it has such good reviews. An ideal location for discovering the magical Sintra by foot. We will be back. Just one note of caution: make sure you park in the spaces on left just before the hotel. If you drive past the hotel then you have to spend 35 minutes going all the way back round to get back to the same parking spaces.

Villa Bela Vista was a perfect location for our family trip to Sintra. The room was lovely with great views, wonderful breakfast and the location was very walkable and easy to pick up transportation. Would definitely recommend!

Location is great. It’s just steps from the bus route to bring you to all the castles. And easy (but hilly) walking to all restaurants.
The staff is amazing. It was our first time in Sintra so we had some questions and the staff was so helpful! They made suggestions, ensured we knew where to go and ordered our taxis for us.
The included breakfast was AMAZING! The orange juice was fresh squeezed, the fruit was fresh and presented beautifully. Definitely a high-end breakfast.
Our room was perfectly clean. It seemed like it was renovated fairly recently.

We loved our stay at this property! It was in a wonderful location with beautiful views of Sintra. Property was spotless and staff were kind and attentive. Our room was on the second floor and was well appointed with balcony views. Walkable to the stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The access to the street was a little tough for Uber but we walked about 75 meters to get to a good location for pick up and drop off.
Uber is not allowed in that area.

Not mention that each room has A view! And the location! Walking distance to most places! Staffs are all super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing! Freshly baked bread, freshly cooked eggs, served with fresh fruit, coffee and juice…so much more, we can’t say enough good things about this place! We have our own private Terrace With an incredible view Of the valley below The Castle of the Moors. Our bathroom has heated marble floors! Everything about the room is comfortable and useful. Free bottled water, and a mini fridge with beer and other stuff available for purchase. The breakfast was excellent and we were served coffee, and helped ourselves to the rest of the buffet. The location is very convenient for shopping in Sintra or dining in casual or elegant restaurants. We were only going to stay one night but we're thrilled when our room was available for one more night! It has a nice kitchenette with big sink and coffee maker. The bathroom is modern and has a great shower. We love this hotel!
