Have stayed at TomTom many times. Service, cleanliness and service consistently wonderful. Some things to be aware of is that the property is within the Italian consulate’s perimeter, such that after business hours, taxis won’t be able to drop you off or pick you up from the TomTom entrance due to the Italian Consulate refusing to lower the barricade. The hotel tries to mitigate this by being very willing to come get luggage and bring it past the barricade but people with mobility issues will need to time arrival and departures during times that the security barricade is down.

I stayed at Tom Tom Suites last year also. The hotel is world-class for its service and amenities. The included breakfast offerings are top-notch and the Bosphorus view is stunning!

Quite clean and really friendly staff. It’s on a hill where traffic is blocked off so a rare instance where you can’t hear street noises in Istanbul.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great room and amenities. We stayed in a suite which was beautifully decorated. The view from the restaurant where breakfast is served is amazing. I love the location with extremely easy access to the ferries, tram and subway. Very cute and hip neighborhoods are nearby within walking distance (Cukurcuma, Karaköy, Galata etc). Many thanks to Sinan Bey at the reception and to the two main servers at the breakfast restaurant.

Walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping, and convenient access to other areas of the city via transit.

Loved my stay at this hotel. The employees were so accomodating and willing to help. The room was clean and cozy. Good location with lots of shops and restaurant options nearby.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. We arrived at the airport early on the first day and arrived at the hotel very early in the morning before check-in time and they were considerate for us to take a shower in an empty room and we were also served breakfast. During our stay at the hotel, the service of the staff was very friendly. The size of the room was large enough and the cleaning condition was good. The restaurant had a great view and the breakfast was very delicious. The dinner was really satisfying to taste the amazing Michelin-grade food. Everything was a satisfying schedule. If I go to Istanbul again, I would like to stay at Tomtom Suites again.
