Rooms were clean, good facilities. Very good restaurants on premises na d buffet breakfast was excellent. Great staff always willing to help.

坐落于老城中心区域，周边景点集中，位置极佳，高层和餐厅拥有无敌海景，非常惬意！泳池健身房虽然不大，风景和设施完全可以弥补！

一开始和一位白发经理的沟通不太顺畅，不能马上顺利办好入住，有点沮丧！在对方表达了歉意之后，心情逐渐平复舒畅了一些。

Reservé en este Hotel por recomendación y fue un acierto. Ubicado a 10 minutos caminando de los más importantes atracciones turísticas de Estambul. En el Hotel estuvimos muy bien atendidos. Destaco el desayuno (por su variedad) y el restaurant del piso 7, con unas increíbles vistas. La pieza muy cómoda, el baño me gustó bastante. El personal, muy gentil y disponible.

Aircon broken at the time. Also there was an inappropriate sign in the 'english pub'. Update: the hotel apologised for the aircon and removed the sign.

The location was great, short walk to Grand Bazaar & Tram to Sultanhamet, Karakoy, Galeta. The staff were also great, moved us to rooms next to each other when we arrived as our original rooms were not. They also tried to help with the noise issues but sadly nothing they can do about the poor sound insulation. The staff were definitely a plus,

Sadly for us the noise levels within the hotel weren’t great. You could hear doors slamming on & off, people talking in the hallways, and rooms next door. The sound insulation is really poor. We actually left a night early, which we have never done before. Also, there is no aircon in the rooms despite it saying the hotel had aircon when we booked. When we spoke to the staff they said the reception etc had aircon but our rooms only had heating. They did provide us with tower fans which really helped as the rooms were warm & stuffy without them.

Très bon hôtel, propre, déjeuné parfait ! L'emplacement est très central, tout peux se faire à pied. Le personnel est très sympathique, notamment Sara ! Allez y les yeux fermés

Noisy room from busy street

Posizione centralissima perfetta per raggiungere i principali monumenti e vi sono diversi ristoranti nei paraggi. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma tutto sommato piacevoli e con un prezzo accettabile. Inoltre lo staff è molto cordiale e la pulizia sempre impeccabile.

Purtroppo le stanze non sono insonorizzate e sentivo addirittura russare i vicini. La piscina è sicuramente un valore aggiunto ma ci sono pochi posti a sedere ed è obbligatorio comprare una cuffia da nuoto per accedervi (anche se nessuno sembra rispettare questa regola).

La situation était top juste à côté de la mosquée sultanahmet et du grand bazar…tram à 100 mètres… Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien garni ! Si je dois dire une chose mais c’est personnel j’aime le jus d’orange frais le matin et comme dans beaucoup d’endroits ce n’était pas le cas…mais c’est vraiment pour dire quelques choses ☺️ Le personnel toujours souriant et très serviable. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel

There were nice people,speaking English,polite and smiling. The breakfasts on the 6 floor was great. The photos represent the rooms accurately.

Two main things, that I would like to point out. - we went with our kids (3 and 4). They draw something with a pen on a chair. That is not a good thing, admit, but also not a critical issue by far, as we are cleaning such things at home if they happen. When we went back from a daily trip, our cards were disabled, and, as we were not able to enter (bathroom emergency for the kids btw) I went down stairs to learn that we are not allow to get inside to our belongings until we pay a fee of $100 . It was terrible experience as they did everything possible to make us feel like the worst criminals around the block. So we felt awful for the next few days. I don't mind the fee so much as the way they treated us. So,be careful, they will charge you for everything they can think of in the worst possible way. - the parking personnel was just terrible. We have parking from the booking but they refuse to let us in. No explanation other than some Turkish bad words. BTW, the street is not an option,as this part of the city is a walking area most of the time. Thankfully on the next day,after some nice personnel from the reception talked with them they allow us to enter. We had also issues on the way out,when we were leaving the hotel. The same bad dudes that just love to create misery experience for the "stupid" tourists. -

Rooms were very hot with little ventilation. Only heating was possible which made the whole place hot & suffocating. Air conditioning could not be operated. But the staff was helpful & provided a fan. Guest relations manager Mr Azim was really understanding & did whatever he could to make out stay comfortable. Hotel common areas were also very shabby. Really needs an upgrade.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les sites touristiques principaux à pied et très proche de l'arrêt de tramway. Personnel très pro, prévenant et souriant. Restaurant en terrasse très agréable et nourriture très fraiche et délicieuse.

Le quartier n'est pas le plus sympathique ni le plus propre que l'on puisse avoir à Istanbul. L'hôtel est un peu guindé et mériterait un rafraichissement. La literie est un peu ferme malgré le surmatelas. Le petit déjeuner est un peu fade et manque de produits fabriqués sur place contrairement aux dîner qui est top

The location was great and close to all attractions. Just 5 minutes walk to Old Bazar. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the view of the restaurants terrace and the pool room.

We didn't like the traffic and works around the hotel so it took us some time to find them with the car.

Отель расположен на территории старого города. До всех основных достопримечательностей без транспорта пешком можно добраться. Персонал приветливый, внимательный и дружелюбный. Есть русскоговорящий. Завтраки прекрасны! Уборка качественна, смена полотенец ежедневная. Есть небольшой закрытый бассейн и фитнес-зал с сауной.

Не стоит возвращаться в позднее вечернее время пешком в отель. Есть некоторое количество улиц в старом городе, которые безлюдны и практически не освещаются в вечернее время после 21 часа. В душе пару раз встретила маленьких мокриц видимо от сырости. Вид из окна не самый красивый. Морской порт с баржами и полуразрушенные крыши.
