The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the cablecart station. However Google map is having difficulty acceasing the address of the aparthotel. ***Googling the Hotel Name will point you to the right location.***
The hotel and apartment are modern and well equipped. Staff is very helpful.
One odd thing about our apartment, which is on the second floor, is that the toillette is by the entrance, while the sink and only hand soap is in the bed room. We had to cross the entire apartment to the bathroom in the bedroom to wash hands every time after using the loo. Likewise, we had to walk through the living room to use the loo in the middle of the night...
Other than that, the experience is fantastic.

Fabio the valet/bell boy was delightful and thorough. The desk staff both when we arrived and when we checked out were abrupt, unhelpful and condescending.
Physically the apartment was clean and as described.

In general it was very good. The staff was excellent and the property was too. The location is great just few minutes from the main shopping and dining area.

Great service and great location. 5 minutes to ski buses and all shops and Chamonix did central. Staff very attentive and the spa facilities were amazing after a day of skiing.

Heliopic apartment were clean and very well equipped accommodation e.g., Having own jacuzzi with the Mountain View and Infra red sauna.

Thw location to walk the town is lso excellent...along with the access to the L'Aguille di Midi tram - a MUST DO!

Great apartment and location. It is detached from the hotel but the hotel facilities are available. Parking is under the hotel. We parked next to the apartment to pack the car but signs indicate that you should not do this.
