Loved the view from the sky bar and location to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly also.the only thing was the last day my gown was gathered up with the sheets and not returned before I left, but otherwise it was a great stay!

The hotel is very modern with a small lobby. Staff is amazing. Only complaint is the room cooling does not work very well.

Location was AWESOME! Hotel is 1 or 2 minutes walk from the metro station for L1, L3 and R2 lines and 5 mins to L2 line (Sagrada Familia). Front desk staff was friendly but unfortunately, the housekeeping was extremely slow and almost non existent. We would return hotel for siesta around 3 pm or 4 pm and our room was still not cleaned and made. There were fruit flies in our room. I tried to kill as many of them as possible but they returned. Not sure where they came from. You can hear street noises and traffic from the room even though windows are closed. I didn't sleep well with the persistent noises. Also, some homeless were camping out towards the right when you leave the hotel. Overall a good hotel if you are looking for a convenient walkable hotel to all attractions. I think for the same price, one could get a cleaner and quieter hotel somewhere in same neighborhood.

We were welcomed and treated with kindness and respect the minute we walked in the doors! The front staff are incredible and went out of their way to help!! Our room was exceptional- amazing views, big comfy bed and super cool TV!! We loved it here and will definitely stay again when we come back to barcelona!!

The room was very small. For the price I paid $400 a night it wasn’t worth it. The water in the shower accumulated and everything was coming out of the shower. I asked the front desk personnel and nothing was done. I requested a room upgrade as I had a VIP access it was denied as they didn’t have room available. Not worth the $

The elevators were really slow and tiny, but location was good. Some of the staff were good; others were unresponsive, such as at the rooftop bar, where five of us waited to put our orders in for one hour. Nobody came, so we left. There were no other customers!

Excellent location with walkable areas of restaurants and shopping. Beautiful property. Rooms are updated and we had an awesome view of the city. Fantastic rooftop bar and grill with amazing views of the city. Delicious buffet breakfast.

The best location in Barcelona. Clean, modern and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Eco friendly touches are appreciated. Breakfast is fine but nothing special.
