Good staff, breakfast was good, great views. Service was great.
The only con of this hotel is because of its location there is not much sun on the pool by 1-2pm.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast has asian, western, and local food which were all really good! It has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel overlooks rice terraces and has lot of greenery around it. Downside is that it is located away from Ubud center and not walkable so need to call a car. It is a quick drive tho. Massages need to be booked many days in advance.

It has beautiful sunrise from our room.
We like the quietness and the staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast w/room is not much variety on the food.
However, the ala carte dinner at the restaurant - the pork satay was v.good with the taste of grilled charcoal, really yummy.

We were pleasantly surprised. We knew it would be good but not this good!
Room and grounds were beautiful. Staff went above and beyond for us and our 2yr old. Cooked us vegan pancakes every morning!
Spa treatments were great too.
Easy trip into Ubud centre depending on traffic.
Would easily go back there.

Great resort in a wonderful location. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are very kind. We used the spa and really enjoyed it as well.

Property and staff are amazing. It is in a secluded area so you can expect A 20-45 minute taxi ride to Ubud depending on traffic. Not a lot to do at the hotel.

SereS Springs was amazing! We throughly enjoyed our time here and loved every part of our experience. The food was excellent, staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and luxurious.
This hotel is situated away from Ubud’s busy central scene which was much appreciated by my husband and I. It gave us time to relax, and to really enjoy the Balinese hospitality. There are not many local shops so when you do end up in the centre, do collect what you need!
My only criticism of this hotel is that there is a local taxi mafia which prevents you from ordering pick-up from the hotel. Drop-off is fine. It’s best to either walk further up, hire a private driver or use the local taxi rank which is not much more expensive than online apps.

My girlfriend and I loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and we were in the perfect spot to see the sunrise each day — so romantic! The fruit and juice at breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Stafff was amazing especially Putu Dian 10/10 she was very helpful and give us tour guide and checked few restaurants we want go. Please give her employee of the month or raise asap she is very good at her job.

Seres is located in a very beautiful location. The view of the rice fields is awesome. The staffs were very polite and helpful. I enjoyed their spa service which was excellent as well. Dining is great in their cafe. Overall we had a nice stay at this resort, and I would strongly recommend this to others.
