The experience was satisfactory. However, it would be appreciated if the pillowcase and bedsheet were changed during room cleaning, as the current bedsheet has stains. Additionally, the recycled bottle water had mildew. A toilet upgrade would also be beneficial, as the current one emits a strong urine odor, which is unpleasant. Furthermore, the entrance area has a potent sewage smell.

This is a lovely place to stay, the bungalows are tucked away, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and the pool is a great size.

This is a wonderful resort located very close to the airport. It’s across from a beautiful beach but there is a lot of litter around. You can keep walking to several more nice spots though. The pool was very nice! We liked this resort because its away from the very touristy places.

Nice leafy property across from the beach. Very close to the airport but still feels very quiet. Many beach restaurants and stalls a 10 min walk at the other end of the beach.

Nice place to stay before your flight. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. An easy walk to other restaurants and street food. Walk out the front entrance and turn left. Everything you could need only 500 meters away. The beach is across the road. Nice pool big enough to do laps. While we were there they had live music in the restaurant

Beautiful surprise. Booked here 1 night to be close for my early flight - as soon as I arrived I wished I had come earlier.

Bed was a little hard - if I was there longer I would’ve asked for something to soften the mattress.
Only downside - not a massive issue just annoying when you’re travelling - no powers outlets by the bed and no outlets adapted for international plugs
Lucky I always carry one however just a little bit of feedback

We had a short stay as this property is very convenient to the airport. The hotel shuttle service was easy and reliable.
We did enjoy the pool and the beach which was located accross the street.

If you’re looking for a quiet and safe place right across from the beach to unwind before leaving Phuket , this is it . Very green and staffs are super friendly .

The property has been upgraded very well. It still needs areas of improvement such as the decking but its a beautiful hotel. Outside the hotel contains far too much rubbish and wouldnt take much to make ngaiyang a much prettier area. The rubbish near the road to town is shocking and brings down the rating, its just a depressing walk to nearby shops.
