Not was not very Good. People above us were running around. We asked for pillows for the pull out bed. They said they would bring them up. Never did. So I went down to get some. They told me they were out. Don’t Sleep at all. Asked for another room. They told us they were all booked up.

Another great stay at the Hampton for Parents Weekend. Staff is always friendly, hotel clean and close to the school. Easy access to the rail system also if you want to head downtown.

Once you get into the hotel, it is very nice. Looks fairly new. The location is between the railroad tracks and the freeway. The parking is dimly lit, and I have just found out they charged me $11.50/day to park in their dirty parking lot. I would never return just based on this.

Room was Clean, property is very nice. Would recommend. I had a late check in and they accommodated me.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. The only thing I can say that needs improving on is the amount of breakfast staff. There was only one girl trying to cook, clean and stock everything. Last week we waited 30 mins. For the omelets, potatos and sausage to be refilled. Today was better, but people stay there for work and medical appointments, we all needed to eat and run. She really needs some help.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. We were not told there was a fee to park at the hotel every night when we made the reservation. It looked like they had a gated and secure parking area for the fee, but the gate was not in use and definitely not secure. The hair conditioner in the shower was empty, there was no microwave in the room. The little store in the lobby was out of bottled water and any diet soda for diabetics to drink. When we went down for breakfast at 7:00am, they were out of the egg dish, bacon and potatoes. Again, not much for a diabetic to eat. We waited for 30 minutes for more of the egg dish and meat to be prepared. The egg dish was frozen omelets that just needed to be microwaved. The frozen, microwaved sausage patties were grey in color. I don't know why it took 30min to reheat frozen food. The room was very clean. The staff was very cheerful and welcoming. Great stay. Nice space. Fantastic location! The front desk employee went on a search for medications for my sick sister and that was so hugely kind and lovely. She was the nicest.

It was a nice property, very nice a spacious room! I wish there was a hot tub, but other than that it was great!

I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Everyone was very nice. Will definitely be there again in the future.

Rooms are spacious, great shower, comfortable beds, decent hot breakfasts and ALL DAY coffee and tea!
