Breakfast was horrible. The food was very subpar. The room was kind of dusty.

Stay away from this hotel! If in the area again, wiill definitely book somewhere else.
Upon arrival, the hotel lobby looks very clean and maintained.
We checked into our room, large space and great layout. However upon inspecting the bed , which I do everytime when staying at a hotel, there was a gross stain. I immediately went to the front desk, they apologized and gave me another room snd also sent a staff member to view the issue.
Checked into the other room and it smelled musty like a new air filter should be installed. The shower floor was dirty, which needs a good scrub. Hence we only used the sink to wash up.
Walls are thin and constant door slamming through the night.
Only good thing was the airport shuttle
The cost of one night stay, was not worth it.

The cleanliness of the inside bathroom door was not cleaned when we checked in for one night.
Waffle at the buffet was very good and crispy to my liking. Free shuttle to hotel from airport. Very close and convenience to the cruise pier.

It was a single night stop during a long travel. Nothing great. But not bad at all. Clean. Room is dated some. People were stern. Could lighten up a little.

It was a hurricane shelter for us. The workers could not have been more friendly and efficient. One of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in at any price and this was relatively inexpensive.

Front desk person named Princess, was completely unaccommodating from the get go.
1) didn’t recognize me when I was the only one that approached the desk on at least 2-3 occasions.
2) would not make change $$
3) laughed at me when I requested a table umbrella for the pool area. Knowing the pool is in 100% sun until at least 5:00 pm.
4) requested assistance for the in room safe, never to be assisted. It was locked when I arrived.
