Fantastic. There was renovation taking place (we were pre warned) so don’t get the full use, however wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. Amazing location too

Our stay was amazing. Very clean and beautiful room over looking the domain shopping area. Very nice as well. I will definitely be staying here again.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel with more accommodating and friendly staff. Doug at the pool, was patient, helpful and always smiling, Ethan at the bar, mixed up some delicious cocktails and helped with our toddler granddaughter, Kevin at the front desk, informative and efficient, and then, Tammy in the restaurant, was helpful and prompt. Also… the bed… amazing. I slept so well. If I ever have to go back to Austin, I’m staying here!

I booked a total of 2 rooms with Westin Austin Domain through hotels.com for a weekend family trip.
My family arrived at the Westin to check in, and they only showed one room under the reservation. There were two rooms on my itinerary and paid for through hotels.com.
The second room was refused to us, causing my family to have to share one room and be very uncomfortable. Even after showing the front desk our hotels.com itinerary, the front desk would not honor it stating they only showed one room on their end.
Hotels.com stated they tried to reinstate the second room but failed and Westin did not give us our second room.
