Great bedroom, very comfortable beds, temperature just right, coffee and tea facilities, fab bathroom with very good shower.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. We stayed 4 nights and loved the central location. A few mins walk to the metro station and a simple walk to most sights. The bed was comfy, shower great pressure and modern fit out. The bar was great and the team were very hospitable. Couldn’t ask for much more.

This is a lovely hotel. Hotel is close to Tivoli gardens and train station. So very easy access to airport. Rooms were very nice and the staff was kind. We will absolutely stay her again.

Business trip and booked a single room but the room was very small. Hardly and space and not really that easy to work from between meetings.

The location is really good. Close to Tivoli and to metro station.
The room was small and had an awkward set up, bed facing the window and no space for bedside tables. A space in the headboard with charging ports was available which was a compromise for not having the tables

Really lovely hotel, especially the roof level rooms.
There is only one lift for the entire hotel (Wide) which means you often need to wait 5-10 minutes (if you don’t take stairs).
Not a problem though for us

The hotel was very grand and accommodating, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good quality and modern, perfect for a city break and great value for money.
It was booked as a cheaper option for a room whilst in Copenhagen, but was way beyond my expectations for the price!

Very good experience. Well located, they allow us for an early check in which was very convenient. The Bar also interesting with very nice atmosphere.

It was a real pleasure stopping here with comfy rooms, nice service and excellent breakfast. Two minor points - it is many hotels in one building so a little confusing and the bar shuts quite early

We had a great 4 night stay! The breakfast was okay, we only got it one of the mornings. I always like to recommend for properties to please remove decorative pillows - not necessary and not very sanitary. The location was great - walking distance from the central station and to everything we needed! We loved and enjoyed the beautiful lobby and bar area. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay 🇩🇰

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. It's beautifully appointed. The rooms are lovely. The staff was great. It was great value for money. I highly recommend it and if I'm back in Copenhagen will seriously consider staying there again.

A great centrally located hotel. Walking distance from most of the central sites without feeling hectic and busy. Trivoli gardens less than five minutes away and close to central station for easy arrival and departure

Really enjoyed the stay at the wide hotel. The location was great for walking everywhere and near a metro stop. The hotel itself was very nice inside. The room was small but more than adequate. We had a room at the back (would really recommend for noise).
