This was an extremely dilapidated hotel. Fixtures are rusty, furniture is old and shows extreme wear and tear, I will not choose to stay here ever again. The staff person Rohit definitely helped us with securing train tickets. But the condition of the property is below mediocre.

Overall the condition is good. Room is comfort and clean. But some things is not function. Many amenities is not provide. Not as before. Need to do some upgrade with room.

Also there is taxi arrangement issue for going to airport which I already request earlier on.

The rooms were large and clean. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.
My only issue was with the taxi provided by the hotel. For the cost, the taxi should have been in better shape and the driver should have known the area better.

Close to many restaurant and hangout place. But during the weekend night it's very crowded and taxi is not allowed to enter the area, have to walk a little bit.

Everyone is great, just think the free WiFi should be faster, for more devices and not chargeable. (The high speed pack for 7d is like 1750,00 Indian rupees).
Location is very good, the best I stayed in gurgaon so far as it is in valley park near many restaurants and bars. The hotel is very clean and great structure. Room is big and comfortable. Gym has the basic equipaments and the restaurant in the lobby which is buffet + where they serve breakfast is very good with a great team of staff. Quality of the food is good. It is my 4th time there and I will return. The only point I don’t like much is the WiFi as I mentioned above. 2 devices is free, but in case you need faster WiFi, you must take the package... despite that, all is good!
