The staff was wonderful, always available to help us . The cleaning staff came by every night to check on us and bring us water and some candy. The lounge was very nice and the food was great.The room was clean and really nice.

My wife and I came and stayed for 2 nights. Hotel staff was able to get us a very early check in. Hotel is very clean and well kept by staff. Room was modern and beautiful, very impressed with cleaning staff. In room dining was amazing and Xylia spa was also a great experience for our trip. Pool is also very unique and hot tub is open early and provides a great relaxing experience. Overall I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay. Every member of the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and visit!

I was not told that my room would be wheel chairs access room. I would have asked for another room. Shower had no door and cold draft. I thought I would get an upgrade to normal room or a room on a higher floor or a room with a tub with my Hotels.com status. Pool and hot tub closed for private function Sunday night. I went to use the tub Monday night and it was closed at 7pm! When I complained, it was told that it is possible to stay until 9, but I am not sure how that is possible. I have used the tub later on previous stays. Desk really to small and crowded to work on without removing the clutter. No place to plug in my laptop without unplugging a lamp. I have been to this hotel before with great upgrades and service and looked forward to the same. This time was a let down for sure. I like this hotel but this time was a bit of a bust.

Great stay at this luxury hotel. Service was fantastic from front desk to maid service. Saksham at the front desk was more than accommodating. He even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Loved our stay, and would definitely book again!

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. I appreciated the easy communication with the staff and the proximity to Robson Street. I would definitely stay here again.

For a thousand dollars a night you shouldn’t have to listen to a night club pounding to the 7th floor. The rest was great if I didn’t finally get to sleep at 3am I would almost recommend it

Room itself was ok. There is no door for the shower, so you won’t have privacy while taking a shower. Lots of noise in the lobby from the bar that is connected to the hotel. Disappointed that my request for a late check was denied.

Property was beautiful and clean great access to Vancouver shopping and restaurants. The concierge Andrew was amazing. Only comment is please replace the pancake pillows!

Beautiful hotel and impeccable service. We stayed in the two queen room which had a full living area with sofa and chairs. There were four of us including our two fully grown teenagers and there was more than enough room. The price was reasonable for that time of year in Vancouver.
