What sets this place apart from the rest is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This was our first time to Lisbon and they were SO helpful! The room was clean and worked out great. And the breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had that came with the stay. So much variety and I just can't say enough about how nice the staff was! The only small downside was the location was a bit off the beaten path, but sometimes that is nice! Maybe a 15 minute walk to the main parts of town. You won't regret staying here!!

We didnt have a car so didnt need to use parking; easy to walk to places some around 15 minutes, but getting to the center may take 30 minutes plus. The breakfast was enjoyable and service there was also great as well. For our check-out, we had to leave super early so the hotel help arrange our car. I would definitely recommend this place!!

This is an excellent boutique hotel in Central Lisbon. Very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The rooms are not massive but they are big enough and ours had high ceilings which compensated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was small but the shower had good pressure and temperature. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and they provided a complimentary drink at check-in. A buffet breakfast was included and this was perfectly adequate. A great base for exploring Lisbon. About 15 minutes walk from a number of Metro/Train stations and also the same distance from the Time Out Market and waterfront area. There are also numerous bars and restaurants in the immediate surrounding area. We walked from the Metro to the hotel on arrival but were travelling very light. If you have more luggage I'd recommend taking a taxi from the airport. You can also book a transfer with the hotel which we used for our return trip to the airport as we had a very early flight. This cost 30euro which is a bit more that an Uber but the driver was waiting for us in the lobby at 4.30am. All in all highly recommended.

Amazing property. The room was lovely and spacious, to say we were facing the road it was really quiet and there was no noise that kept us up. Air conditioner in rooms to help keep it cool. Very clean throughout. From the time we arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a welcome drink and luggage brought up to our room. Every day there was a note in the room with suggestion and notes on daily activities in the city. The breakfast was lovely, there were some bits that were there daily, but pastries and cold and hot selections changed daily. It was lovely to try a lot of different things in the morning. The location of the hotel was really good, there were some great resturants close by. We chose to walk into the city area where most sights were and it only took 30-40 mins, an easy walk down hill, more of an up hill walk back, but there are buses and trams that stop off close to the hotel that are regular. If we come back we will defiantly be staying here again, and will be recommending it to all our friends!

This is a well kept, very clean, quietly artistic property, with an excellent staff. I would especially like to acknowledge Roberta who checked us in and was extremely accommodating and Tessa who was also very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

Great stay! Wine upon arrival. The breakfast was perfect to start our tourist days. The staff helped with dinner reservations. There is no outside food allowed but it did not matter much to us. The toiletries were nice.

Best check -in ever known to a man! I was offered a choice of coffee, cold infused water and a hot pastel de natas on arrival. Great healthy breakfast, very comfy rooms and central location.

Excellent, very helpful staff!

A lovely hotel, attentive and helpful staff and very clean. It’s really well located with great transport links via 28 tram or 728 bus. The only tiny downside is the fact you can’t eat or even have a hot drink in the room which they are upfront about (apparently because of new carpets) but is a bit confusing when they have a mini bar with beer and chocolate that you can have in the room. Would definitely recommend on all other points though and the breakfast is decent.
