High quality finish and very clean and comfortable. No restaurant or breakfast facilities. Some road noise first thing in the morning but otherwise ok. Perfect for what I needed.

Beautiful place, the rooms are really cosy and really well done out. A welcome text is provided the morning of arrival to tell you how to get your key etc and where your room is. Host also on hand if you need anything
Best night sleep I've had in a long time, honestly wish I could stay longer. king size bed, big fluffy duvet and pillows.
Kitchenette comes stocked with plates, bowls and cutlery along with a fridge and tea/ coffee .
In a very quiet location but if you don't want to leave the hotel, Just Eat delivers everything from McDonald's to Costa Coffee and groceries.
Will definitely be coming back again.

The standard of the accommodation was first class and excellent value for money. Room was extremely well appointed. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good communication re check in and collection of key via text. Came to see son in Ulveston so good base for all of south lakes. Had room 2 on ground floor which was new clean and everything we needed. If we came again we would ask for upper floor and would prefer bigger bed.

Lovely bed and pillows!
Tv with all channels you could ever want!!
Only downer was i could have done with a bottle opener 😄 will remember next time!!

Everything was perfect, room was excellent had everything that we needed. Would fully recommend to anyone who is wanting to stay here. Only problem we had was to be woken by the person above our room who was blasting out music at 2:30am and talking extremely loud on there phone.

Stayed at this property for 11 days in total and would say it’s the best place to stay in barrow and surrounding areas.
The price is excellent and the rooms are so clean and well looked after.
If you have any questions/queries then Chequers are more than happy to help you out.
Rooms are cleaned daily and on a couple occasions I’d left some dirty dishes in the sink and they were washed up for me on my return. So very grateful for the service I received and would stay here again within a heartbeat should my work commitments require it.
