The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and has its own WiFi router. Many restaurants, cafes night market, night food market all nearby or short 6-10 min walk.

Le Charme is exceptionally well run. Plumbing and electrical, bedding and furniture, service and food were all international quality. On Expedia the hotels in this part of the world tend to all look good so it is difficult to see the details. Fantastic location. Good price too. Highly recommend.

The hotel was comfortable. I enjoyed staying hotel. Only problem i think was the noise from outside. Multiple constructions went on endlessly. Otherwise. the all staff members were good.

Le Charme is a handy hotel. It is not too large, not too small. Guests are wonderful. Staff of the hotel is also excellent. Only problem I found is that hot water is not well facilitated, and so it takes a long time to take a hot water shower.

I will stay here again the next time I visit! This is the perfect location and the staff were the nicest.

Great location, and nice staff. Had window in the room, but it was basically covered. For being a rather high class hotel, it would have been nice with soap for the room, and the time set correctly on the clock etc. Bit noisy at night

I plan to come back and stay here again! It’s clean, close to everything you’d want to see or do, and the customer service is top notch! This place is a hidden gem.

This wasn't a bad stay, but it wasn't the best. Room was far more tired than expected, especially for the price. Previously the best western, it has probably had its hey day. Staff were lovely, and the location was great. Pool area was nice but basic lounge chairs. They provided two bottles of water per day for free but I would prefer they save the plastic and have a big water cooler to refill your own bottle. This goes for everywhere we stayed in Laos. The bar that is part of the hotel has a nice little terrace to have a night cap. Prices were reasonable and good service. I would choose to stay elsewhere on my next Vientiane visit as don't feel the amount paid matched the room quality. Had to ask the housekeeper to change the sheets as they had marks on them when we arrived

I liked the friendly staff and that they let me use the pool before my checkin time.

We had booked a double room aand were given two singles, which we have noticed is the trend in Laos, we were only staying one night so didnt mind, as we had checked in early. The pool is fantastic, along with the bar area. We had an early morning train and left before breakfast was served, so unable to comment on that. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel and a night market. The location is very central.

Excellent and helpful staff, lovely breakfast buffet, very nice stay! Only problem was an excessive of mosquitoes in our room.
