Tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance, the staff was super friendly, the room was very clean, food there was great for both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel has the earliest breakfast time, compared to other hotels I had stayed. I could have breakfast and still had enough time to walk to my day tour meeting point at 8am.

This was a nice stay in Skye, the rooms were nice and the food was really good. The only downside was the difficulty in parking.

Convenient location in town, but the room was quite old. Separate hot and cold water outlets at the basin in which the water is either very hot or very cold.

The hotel is in the city center of Portree, perfect if you’re there on vacation. Rooms are not so big, but absolutely ok for a short stay. Breakfast was very good, we had a porridge and one full Scottish breakfast, buffe was good with juices, coffee, tea and cereals, and jams. Parking was not easy

Great place great staff and while we were there the pub downstairs had terrific live music. Very reasonably priced given the location in the heart of Portree.

It is a great base for starting your Skye adventure. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable (not fancy, but all you need for a night). Nice bar, nice hot breakfast (only goes til 9am though). You can walk to everything in Portree. Be aware there is no elevator and you have to park about 1/4 mile away. But all in all, recommend and would stay again!

The worst thing is we checked in at 10pm and still the room was not cleaned yet. Then they did a quick room service and I highly doubt the cleanliness. No noise-proof. The door lock is broken. Terrible place.
