Lovely place worth what we paid for

As requested we advised our arrival time & reconfirmed 30 minutes prior but unfortunately still had to wait for a staff member to arrive to let us in. Wifi code not given, & couldn't find it in room so had to text for it.
Room was in basement & we found it a little cold, & couldn't get the radiator to work.
In morning, no hot water as bolier was not working, so that might explain the radiator not working too? We were eventually offered the use of another room to shower, but declined as we needed to leave.
However, the decor of room was nice & lovely presentation, bed very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The shower had good pressure, pity we couldn't use it. Onsite free parking is good.

We had a basement room (room 1) for 3 nights. First impressions were good - the room was exceptionally clean, well equipped and it had interesting lighting system. It could have been an excellent place to stay, but there were a number of minor issues, which makes it unlikely I'd stay there again.
The TV in the room isn't attached to the aerial, so you have to use the streaming apps on the TV. This wouldn't be an issue, but the Wifi is appalling, buffering frequently to the point you can't actually watch TV. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, which in a basement bathroom isn't great. The kitchen smelled strongly of damp (and had no extractor fan at all), to the point where we had a slug appear on the worktop on one occasion. There's also little things like the room having cheap light switches that aren't entirely straight. Bearing in mind that this place is charging close to hotel prices, these little things need to be addressed to justify the premium price.

It was over priced for what it was … location was poor and back of the hotel was just swarming with rats … communication was brilliant … shame the hotel was not as good as it looked on the picture very deceiving.. disappointing…

I really enjoyed the apartment, it was comfortable, it looked really nice and it was good for the price. It had good facilities and was in a nice overall building; good aesthetic. My only negative was the internet connection, all day and night it was very volatile and most of the time...did not work. Which was disappointing as the tv had Netflix and YouTube features which were then not made full use of. Also, the LED remote for the LED lights did not seem to function. Aside from these, I would highly recommend!

When I arrived I realized I’d stayed here around 18 months ago, this was a good thing as easy parking for my van, loads of restaurants and takeaways very nearby. Different room this time time but same nice modern standard. Easy to recommend.

The property had good parking for central Bradford. The flat itself was well provided with a good selection of appliances. However, the flat was advertised as an executive room, the bedroom furniture was sub standard and bed and linen were filthy, the sheets were covered in hairs, creases, stained. The bed was so dirty it looked if someone had just got out of it. The pillows and quilt were cheap and stained.
I slept in my clothes on the sofa, the bed looked that dirty.
The owner needs to invest in a good laundry company thats supplies good clean linen and invest in new quilts and pillows.
I certainly wont stay there again. The bedroom let the whole experience down

Ideal location close to the town and university. Impressive apartment, comfy bed, quiet area. Plates,coffee,tea etc all included. You can even watch Netflix! Very good price.

Very helpful communication from the owner throughout the booking and extremely accommodating of check-in/out times. The apartment was really well presented, clean, warm and comfortable. No noise despite being a ground floor room and everything you could need supplied in the kitchen/bathroom.
Free parking is a bonus & quick wifi.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
