I thought the breakfast staff member was very friendly and pleasant. Did a great job making sure the area stayed clean and stalked.

Older property, but well maintained. The front desk receptionist (Alicia?) greeted my antsy 8 yo son with a smile after he had been in the car for 9 hours. She gave him a pen and a notepad for doodling. What incredible kindness. The hotel was fine, but their hiring decision to have her greet guests... perfection.

Nice property, typical breakfast, fitness room good. Toilet clogged and we had to get the plunger and unclog it. Good toilets are not expensive. Just saying.

We were moving our daughter to Oklahoma. We just needed a comfortable place to sleep and we got it here. The lady at the front desk was efficient but not very friendly or welcoming. There had been a huge storm blow through that we were in and it was still raining when we pulled in. It was 11pm and we were exhausted. She just did her job and didn’t ask how we were or “welcome to our hotel” or anything. She was like a robot.
Room was great, quiet, nice bed, tv worked. Hot Breakfast was great. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, etc.

The first day we stayed the lobby and hallways were 84 degrees!!! Even the next morning it was still 84 degrees. I went to get breakfast and decided I was going to sit and eat when it was that warm and others complained about it too. Not sure what was going on with that. It was really hot that day but it still shouldn’t be like that when you have a pretty full night of people staying there.

I stayed 2 consecutive nights and there was mass confusion for 20+ minutes and they said my room was taken for the 2nd night….I paid for them separately as it was cheaper to do that rather than booking both days together and paying that way for whatever reason.
