Two mornings at least, they did not bother to even serve breakfast.

They charged a service fee for booking the stay through the internet, when we arrived.

Room was clean and quiet

Apparently they "sold out" of the queen room I reserved. So I was charged another $15 for a king bed. Wouldn't allow me to pay in cash because I booked online. Also, they have a chair for you to stand on so you can reach the air-conditioning.

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

the first room they gave me had a lot of hair in the tub. So they put me in another room and there was hair and that tub so I didn't get a shower. Remote was broken so I took it to the office they gave me another one and that remote only changed the channels it didn't work for power and volume.

The check-in lady was nice.

The room was very cold! Floor was cold and bathroom was freezing. Too cold to even think about a shower.

There was a lot of room in the hotel.

I wasn’t used to having a remote to control the heat and cold so I spent 5 minutes looking for a thermostat and it was freezing.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Was charged twice, once by owner and once by Booking.com. Owner would not refund double charge even when shown the credit card statement. Made us feel like we were trying to pull one over on them. Thanks to Booking.com for a refund and a quick response in this matter.

I always love a motel you can park outside the room and it also has a microwave

Close to hiway and eateries. I only stayed one night but was completely satisfied. No problem staying there again.

They double booked us and hopefully didn't charge my master card for the Second booking

They said breakfast was at 6am but office was locked the first morning when we left at 6:30 and same at 7:30 this morning. Also never found ice maker but had ice bucket in room?? I also was double booked and am hopeful that they corrected that with my MC payment

Didn't stay for breakfast. I liked the green tile in the bathroom.

It was all good. It was away from a highway.

Have stayed here before & the rooms always smell fresh. Can rely on a clean area & firm bed. No breakfast offered yet with pandemic situation.

It's a dated motel with many minor repairs & far from I-70 & all the other motels & restaurants.

The place needs some serious help, it was ran down, had a horrible musty smell that required us to leave the door open for two hours after we got there. The heat/ac unit was so high up my husband had to stand on a chair to turn it on. It was either too hot or too cold in the room. The day we left we sat in our truck and watched the staff change only the sheets on the beds, not very safe with Covid going around.

When we first got to the hotel it had a really musty smell, I had to leave the door open to let it air out. My husband and I tried to sleep in the same bed and it was so lumpy we kept rolling to the middle so we ended up sleeping in separate beds. The next morning I went to shower at 6am and didn’t have any hot water, when I called to let them know I was told to let the water run for a few minutes when I had let it run for 10 and it was still cold. The next day was ok except every time we left and came back our key card wouldn’t work and the lady at the front desk commented that she tried to come in our room and didn’t realize we had our dog even though we paid a pet deposit. Last night was our 3rd night and we have no heat at all it’s freezing in here. I’ve been up since 2am. My family sat in their vehicles yesterday as rooms were being cleaned and noticed that none of the comforters were removed from the beds to be washed only the sheets 🤢 I will never stay here again.

Run down, musty smell, rusty microwave, broken heater and leaking toilet. Lots of repairs are needed.

We arrived just after midnight and a little hungry, and thanks to Covid not much was open to eat but the very kind young woman behind the counter offered us breakfast items to take back to our room. That was awesome and very appreciated, also really rare anymore. The room although older but well kept, clean and comfortable. The location is just a couple min off I-70 but totally worth it for the price difference.

I have no dislikes with this establishment. Keep up the great job.
