Room was in need of an update looked out onto a carpark very dim lights. Single quilts on 3 quarter bed. Simple things like remote control wasn’t working just needed new batteries but could turn tv over or off had to go down to reception.

Special shout out to Ivana for being extra friendly and for entertaining our young daughter every time you saw her. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing!

Enjoyed this hotel. The staff were great and responded to all of our requests. Very nice hotel to stay in the heart of the city.

In general, such friendly, kind staff. The hotel is attractive, well-located and has a nice breakfast buffet. Everything was kept clean and tidy, I saw a coffee spill happen and ten minutes later the lift had no signs of it: miraculous!

The front desk personnel were very helpful, providing information about Glasgow and making arrangements. The room was fine. It was quiet, well stocked with coffee and water. When we mentioned that the soap dispenser had been taken off the wall and not replaced, it was fixed that day. The only service that was noticeably not helpful was their bar/restaurant.

We received a complimentary drink as we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. This was very unexpected and thoughtful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and such a huge choice of food at the continental buffet.

The hotel is less than 5 minute walk to the Central train station. Good size room with a comfy bed.

No longer a proper restaurant in the hotel. No reasonable light in shower room. Smelly bins in Waterloo Street. Otherwise ok.

Great hotel, very central, no parking but there is a Q park next door that was easy to get to. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and modern. Staff on the front desk and restaurant were professional and friendly
