Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. The area is quiet although behind the suites there is a gym that plays music non-stop all day but the nights are quiet.

Our room was excellent! Super clean, comfortable, convenient, and spacious.
Rooms are NOT soundproof since we could hear parties and traffic nearby.

It is comfortable. Restaurant and breakfast place is nice and not expensive at all. We went for a wedding in the same propertyand lightning in the room was too low as well as it doesnt have a full body mirror.

Avoid this hotel. You are better off spending an extra $30 per night and staying across the street at the Hotel Villa Mercedes. Rocaval only has cold water in their sinks. Their thermostats don't work. No food or room service at the property. All of these things were mentioned at the front desk. People were walking around without masks, and no temperature checks during pandemic. Just a bad hotel to avoid. Not be baited by the low cost.
