The hotel was of a nice modern design and decor, with a 2 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. The hotel is out of the city with a rather long Tube commute, but it’s ok if you don’t mind the journey and a close proximity to Wembley. The walk to the hotel from the Tube station is undesirable and quite scary when commuting in the evening. The hotel was clean but lacked attention to detail e.g soap and lotion dispensers low in bedrooms. Breakfast provided a good selection but had minutes availability post 10am (30 mins until the end of service). The seating area was chaotic with all tables littered with masses of empty plates, cups, cutlery etc, it was impossible to find a clean table. Staff also unfortunately offered very limited customer service skills and lacked a desire to go above and beyond for customers like we have experienced at many Hampton by Hilton hotels around the county. Overall an average stay.

My girlfriend and I ordreded a suite with kingsize bed for 2 nights. It was exactly like the pictures and what I had in mind. It was nice and clean, good space, neat bathroom with a large shower, and not expensive at all. Easy access to everywhere because of the tube underground trains. Checked the outside on google maps before I ordered, and was a bit afraid of the trafic that goes right outside. We also got the room with the view over the trafic. But it was not bad at all. And we did not order to sit in the room all day looking at trafic. We not try the bar tho. I will rate it 5/5 either way. Thanks for having us.

Was there for one night so can't comment about the area (hence three stars). Everything about the hotel was fine, parking was limited but plenty spaces. Would I go back - yes.

Amenities- Could at least offer water bottle and dental kit. No hot water on the taps, left shower running for 20min on max temperature but water completely cold. I work in hospitality and on check-out, the person at reception just grabbed my card and that was it. No asking how was the stay or a thank you. Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast is very poor with exactly the same type everyday and no service at all, the bread was of poor quality as were the fruits and rest of the spread. The blanket was not warm, the ac was not closable if u felt cold

Pretty sure we were downgraded and not even offered any money back. I purposely booked a queen room due to my partner being 6ft4 yet the room was small and did not resemble pictures and 100% sure we were out in a double bed. Also had people attempting to break into our room over night which led to no sleep

Just down the road from Park Royal Tube Station. I would say its little bit under 30 minutes to get to Central London, that slightly let it down, but would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming! We asked if we could store our luggage for the day as we were not leaving until 8 and wanted to spend the day in Harrods, the reception said absolutely! It was 5 minutes walk to the tube station and we had a great day! We will definitely be coming back!

Just down the road from Park Royal Tube Station. I would say its little bit under 30 minutes to get to Central London, that slightly let it down, but would stay there again.

It’s a walking distance from the Park Royal Station (Not a free-step facility w/o any lifts so you will have to carry your luggage by steps) and the location is very convenient if you are traveling to/from Heathrow Airport. Clean and nice and fair for the price. The staffs are nice and the breakfast is included so not bad. It’s like a very nice business hotel. It’s right by the big street so you don’t get any greens or parks but within 15mins walk there is a nice big park and a place to enjoy footgolf.

Staff were wonderful and friendly, great variety of food, luxurious and impressive room with more than you could possibly need. Extremely close to Wembley Stadium. Has a 24 hour bar so I could get food and drink after my events. Spectacular stay

Location was ok as far as it is close to transport links but very little to do close by, however we chose the hotel to attend a show at Wembley. Staff were nice, one in particular who worked on reception was lovely. Bed linen, while I'm sure it was clean looked discoloured and a "clean" towel was stained. Breakfast was nice. Not the most comfortable bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Felt very overpriced.
