Clean nice bu some missing things in the toilet like cotton buds, in the room minibar was not cooling told them about it 3 times no one bothered to change it and they told me when u want to drink something ask the room service…. This is not nice for five stars.

Le Meridien brand let down by very poor management.

Nice property with poor management. Refuse to compensate for damaged laundry. Inefficient restaurant (takes forever), mould in some bathrooms, lifts that gets stuck but doesnt get taken out of service before they are fully fixed, outside windows permanently dirty to the point where you can’t hardly see, even if there is a fake note in the room saying that windows will be cleaned ‘today’ (always says today). I stayed many times at this hotel and overall it was great but this time I have two comments, when I checked in the girl was not so friendly and gave me a smoking room while mine should be non smoking
Second, the bathroom sanitary were not good and the shower was leaking and drain was blocked. Other than that no tooth brush or paste was provided
