Very nice room! Very quiet, the lady at check in was great!!! The faucet handle came off the shower, but we were still able to use it and just let them know it needed attention at check out...

Room wasn’t ready when we got there. They said it would be done in 30 minutes. We ended up waiting another hour. The room was clean and comfortable but had a broken light switch and the security lock was broken. Breakfast was good and staff were extremely friendly.

Tried to check in at 3:11pm, only to be told that check in time wasn't until 3pm🤔 I asked what time it was & the representative said that it was "Only 3:11pm!" We waited in the libby til 4:20 to only get keys to the wrong room that still had cleaning supplies in it with no cleaning person. Then i got locked out of my room at midnight & the guy had to come open my bedroom door with the fob around his neck became he said my keys wasn't going to work until the "SYSTEM" was reset, which would take about 30 minutes. I had to laugh to keep from crying...

Room was great and being able to checkin via phone and also use it to access room was amazingly easily and convenient

Reserved room not ready. Digital key and key card didn’t work. Digital key never worked. OK room. Fair breakfast. Business center computer did not work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were willing to offer local suggestions for places to eat and they helped us to find the closest Walmart. They were awesome!

Could not get warm water for the shower. I ran the water for quite some time on hot. Tepid at best. Noisy guests until after 11 p.m. Nice breakfast.

During checkin. Front desk full of guests. Room not ready till 4. Trista relied checkin at. No guarantees. Bad attitude. Front desk check seemed to be confused during two night stay rooms garbage not collected. Housekeeping seemed to short staffed. Front staff doing rooms left the desk empty when l first arrived at 1:30. Seemed management was not around or didn’t care. Not a pleasant experience!!!

The location was nice close to many restaurants and stores but lots of car noise through the night. Beds were clean and not too bad comfort wise. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
