Checked into the room seeing there was mold over over on the bathroom door and shower, the carpets was not vacuumed at all. Was shocked to see the pillows conditions which had dirty stains. The headboards was oily. The bathroom and toilet stink so bad. The manager Suhas cared less told me they will shift me in other room in 10 mins, almost 1 hour passed still there was no communication whatsoever. The housekeeping staff made so much noise on 2 nd floor. The major mold all over in bathroom is a major health concern and this need to be stopped immediately as this is a health hazard.

The toilet flush mechanism wasn’t working well and the flus buttons came off at one point - didn’t exist at the price paid.
They can call you a cab (great) but charge extremely high prices just to do so (bad).

They have to break wall between two rooms and make it one then it would be better and expand shower and WBC. Also they don't allow visitors to your room as per their policy However if you pay 750/- rupees then visitors are allowed, What nonsensical policy, Again too bad from Holiday Inn standards.

A narrow room, too small bathroom (hard to turn around), small toilet, no shelf for clothes or bags, no opening window, clothes hangers on the wall. This is not at all worth for more than 10 USD per night, but charged 50 USD. Never recommend.

Rooms are very small. Common Washroom is very Dirty. Not Cleaning Properly. I used at 4 pm and it is very dirty.

Room was dirty , tv remote and tea/coffee making facility was missing. After entering the shower realized there was no soap/gel in the dispenser. Requested change of room which was accepted.

Worst experience at the hotel. I had booked two rooms at this hotel and the check-in time is at 3:00 pm. But as me and my friends were travelling i had informed the hotel that i would reach by 8 pm. But due to some reason we got late and reached at around 10 pm. When we reached the hotel our check-in process started at 10:15 pm. After few minutes and all the formalities i was told that my room is not yet ready and it will take another 10 mins. I don’t understand why should i wait as i had confirmed booking and i had no option of cancellation too. So how can the hotel be not ready with the rooms by 10:30 pm. After an entire day of travelling this is not at all acceptable and very much irresponsible behaviour from the hotel too.

Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Cleanliness is maintained throughout. Extra supplies were provided as requested. Food quality is good and is tasty!
