The only caution I’d have is at 5 am I didn’t see anyone in the lobby but I believe a homeless woman was sitting in there. When I left at 11am there were two people smoking pot in the doorway in the parking lot.

This hotel emphasizes wellness and fitness. There was a yoga mat, yoga ball, and workout stretch bands in the room! We were just spending the night and leaving early, so didn’t use them…it was a surprise, though! It was a surprise to require an extra charge for parking and breakfast, though.

The hotels pictures are misleading. There isn't a water view... I actually called the hotel to confirm they had water views and the person in resv actually put in a note to give me a room with a view. When we checked in, we asked to make sure we were in a room with a water view. That is when we learned the water was a mile away and there was no view of the water. The carpet was dirty at the front desk. The two at the front desk was friendly and kind. We went to the room. The elevator was dirty, the carpet and walls were dirty. The room.... it smelled the a gym... because there was a mini gym inside and the floors had screws to keep it down AND cracks in the walls. They have a window shade that has water decal on it. We went back down to let them know and that the hotel wasn't for us. We askes for a refund because the room was not what was displayed nor a water view which the resv person put in a request. The front desk said because we used 3rd party they couldn't refund us. We needed to call them. We called and hotels.com and they called the hotel and the hotel still would've give refund. Trying to add photos but the button isn't working.

the stay was amazing, when I say, location, location, location was the key. everything I needed was easily accessible, the gym was spacious, the flex room is Devine. the queen size beds were very comfortable. will definitely book this hotel again, when traveling there.

The breakfast and the check- in and check-out was a nice experience.

This hotel has some great amenities for people who like to work out. There’s a large gym, a few classes, and equipment in the room, which is quite spacious.

The beds were nice and comfortable. I've never had such a nice rest away from home. THE END!! Unfortunately, that's it. They don't have vending machines in the building for drink or snacks. Only their snack shop with extra high costs. The lack of plugs and outlets in an accessible room was mind blowing. Even the bedside table had no plug attachments. Then the windows...the poor views we thought we'd have we're hudden behind this huge curtain thing that hung down to the floor. No string to pull, no button to press, just there hanging on the floor. We will NOT COME BACK here. The beds alone is not enough!! I would share pics, but they've blocked you from doing so...

Enjoyed staying

I have stayed here before and was disappointed that you now have to pay for parking. Not that great of a lot, and there seemed to be people loitering around it, so then toss in an extra $25 charge, and that’d probably lead me to just stay at one of the other hotels I have stayed before, where they have free parki g (and free breakfast!). Hotel is nice and clean, quiet.

Staff is great. Room was pretty beat up. Bathroom door handle was broke. Laying under sink. TV remote did not work.

The staff was exceptional. The service was great. Jared, the van driver was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I missed breakfast one morning and the chef made me breakfast even though they were closed. The food was delicious. The front desk staff was very accommodating and there was always someone there to answer questions and help with directions. My room was clean and fresh every day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was greeted by Elliot at check in and he was excellent, we were given room 330, my wife and i unpacked before we noticed there was no BLIND on the large window. I contacted reception and it was the excellent Elliot who immediately came up to the room checked there was no blind and told us he would move us to another room which he did immediately. The other room had a blind so we unpacked again and put our cans and bottles of drinks into the fridge and got a uber down to the old market district because the hotel shuttle was not available. We returned several hours later to find that the drinks in the fridge had frozen. Next morning we went for our free breakfast which is a choice of 1 drink and 1 item of the menu. We both chose the omelette and fruit, the small ommlette was very nice but hardly worth getting up for. The guy who made the breakfast was very efficient. The $15 for parking is a joke you have to scan a barcode then pay online to park in an open car park that has not even got a fence round it.

The building is an echo chamber. When my neighbor was up and about at 3am it sounded like they were in the room with me. The concept and interior is nice but the acoustics are nightmarish.
