Sink was plugged up. Couldn’t figure out how to adjust thermostat. Dining area was so crowded we couldn’t eat there. Staff apologized but said there was nothing they could do.

Location couldn’t have been better. Right off the interstate and we were on a quick long road trip.
Nothing that I couldn’t live with. We are from Texas with strong hospitality and once you go north of the Texas line you tend to find colder, not friendly people. Again nothing you did just the area. We however, made the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed it

The room was clean, had a great view of the river and had a very nice bathroom. And the breakfast the next morning was quite good too!

We went to see Willie Nelson and there was a nice walking path to the other venue. It was a great time
I would have been more comfortable if the walking path was lit at night. The bartender had given us a heads up of it being dark at night

Wall mounted soap dispenser was too far from sink, hard to reach and depress.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at. I have been here less than 4 hours and have had the following issues
1. Door would not open and front desk advised you have to lift handle of door for it to open. Very finicky
2. No tv remote. Called downstairs twice and waited over and hour. Went to front desk and check in guy was on his phone with remote sitting by him.
3. Air conditioner is motion activated so if you don’t walk by it, it shuts off. We left the room for 30 minutes and it was 80 degrees
4. Toilet and bathroom flooring is loose. You have a tripping hazard and a rocking toilet. So fun
5. Cleanliness of hotel overall is poor

The people at the desk were not happy people. They were nice & helpful. It was like it was a chore to check us in & out!.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND CHANGED A LITTLE EACH MORNING - SO CLEAN. IT WAS BUSY WHEN I STAYED BUT MY ROOM WAS VERY QUIET OVERLOOKING THE MISSOURI RIVER. STAFF WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I VISIT MY DAUGHTER.

The room was clean and comfy . Housekeeping was excellent. Good location to the zoo, which was what we wanted .
On arrival we asked about the laundry facilities. The machines only took quarters . The front desk didn't have any and the manager had already gone home by 5pm. The front desk told us to get change from the casino or the hotel next door and assured us they would have quarters . Well, the casino doesn't deal in quarters or the hotel next door. The front desk staff could not have cared less . Munching on crisps , lapse attitude . Very disappointed. the following day an older lady was on the front desk and she was excellent. The younger staff need better training !

The location, price and cleanliness of the rooms
The fact that an older staff member complained about having to be there,even though shes waiting for a liver transplant.TMI!! She referred herself as the B word.Wasnt impressed! The toilet gurgled all night long.Fan in bathroom wasnt working and we were woken at 6:00 am to the next door neighbors alarm going off for 15 minutes straight.It kept going off every 5 minutes there after for about 2 hours.My husband and I just wanted to be able to sleep in,as we work hard all week.That never happened. Not your fault,but will not stay here again.

Breakfast was great something different everyday and it was all enjoyable. I really liked the location my room had a great view of the river. I also liked that it was a quiet stay and I did not hear any of the other guest.

The breakfast was all frozen reheated food. The beds were terrible the centers were sinking in. Worst beds I’ve slept in. The door leading to joint room handle was broken.

The breakfast was good with a lot of options, healthy and otherwise, and plenty of it. Hotel was right next to Ameristar Casino, and easy access as there was an inside walkway between casino and hotel, nice to avoid having to go outside and walk on ice/snow. Beds were very comfortable and showers had plenty of hot water. Rooms looked recently updated and even had a Keurig and blow dryer in room.
The pool was a little small, but was well maintained, and there was a hot tub.

There was no pillow or blankets for the pull out bed
