This hotel happened to be the largest in stature in the area and so it stood out, but it was also a very nice looking hotel. It was a veey comfortable stay very nice staff. The room was lovely and the pool was very clean too! Breakfast variety offered and cooked fresh. The area is close to everything needed and peaceful too even though its a busy area during the day. I will definitely stay here again.

There was money stolen by the housekeeper from my room. A meeting was conducted with "upper management " I filed a police report, all I can say is this was a very hurtful unfortunate situation. The lack of empathy and respect from the management staff made the situation more hurtful. There are many great places to stay in Warner Robins, All I can say is looks are deceiving ..... Choose carefully where you stay.

The Housekeeper stole $400.00 cash from my purse when cleaning the room. I filed a police report and there is a pending investigation. Please be ware and keep your things with you when staying at this location. The Head management staff definitely need to be evaluated by the corporate office. The lack of empathy and respect shown during this unfortunate incident gave me a completely different opinion of a place that I was very fond of. Watch your belongings if you chose to stay here. Looks are very deceiving .

I and my family was given the worst service The wait staff treated us so poorly. I think the bosses should do an under cover boss. To see how the staff acts towards the paying customers. They are not friendly. Even when I spoke to several people. They either failed to acknowledge I even spoke to them. Or they just looked the other way.

The room was clean and not outdated; bed was comfortable, price was very reasonable, and the breakfast was great.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even though I did not arrive till 10:30 PM. The room was incredible! It had a sitting area and a small table with and looked more like a small suite than a queen room. The Towels were plush and the bathroom a very nice size. Everything was great.

Support from the hotel staff was pleasant but the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom floor had a bunch of hair. The soap dispenser and tissue were empty and the sheets had hair.
