This is a good affordable option but I wish it was cleaner and the shared bathroom worked better. The kitchen had a lot of dirty dishes on the counters, and beers stacked right at walk in. The shower is very slow flowing and didn’t get warm for a while. The tv remote control was sticky and dusty. Other amenities, and the room, were basic but clean and tidy.

Light came into my room from the hallway and from the neighbouring room. Also, other guests were offered pancakes and waffles in addition to eggs and bacon for breakfast, but I was only offered eggs and bacon for three mornings straight. Maybe guests in more expensive rooms are entitled to more food? Regardless, it’s very strange to be treated differently from other guests.

A fantastic Bed and Breakfast!
This bed and breakfast is located in a quiet area, close to many natural attractions both in Canaan and surrounding towns. The owners were friendly and personable.

A very pleasant stay. A quiet room in a charming house with a convenient location. Hot made-to-order breakfasts. Plenty of parking. I had a room with a shared bath directly across the hall, and there was no issue. I enjoyed talking to the other guests over breakfast and won't hesitate to come again.

The property was easy to find, located on a beautiful farm. The wrap-around porch is lovely in the morning. However, the walls between rooms were quite thin (I was woken up by a man snoring next door) and the bed linens smelled of mildew. Other than that, the breakfast was nice and fresh and matched expectations.

The lady was very nice. Breakfast was good. Less than 20 minutes away from limerock raceway and stores close by to pick up supplies. Overall very pleased.

It was just a basic room, comfortable enough. No refrigerator, no microwave. Some rooms are with shared bathrooms. Porch is nice but needs a good cleaning. Nice country in the back yard. Moody Innkeeper.

The property was lovely and close to places to eat. It was very clean and the woman who runs it is so nice. Will definitely book again!

Overall very nice place, especially for the price. The nearby town had some great dining options. Always enjoy visiting this part of the state.

Heidi does a great job overall. Very accommodating on our late check in. Great breakfast. Nice room with private. Outside veranda on 2nd floor is nice to have drinks and snacks.

Easy check in. There was a note on the door directing me to my room and letting me know when breakfast was available. My room was clean and comfortable. The house was quiet and breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay.
