Check in was great. I love how cozy and family-owned this feels if that makes sense. Nice amenities, 24 hr pool- but dont think that means party hotel, cappuccino machine and little reading lounge. Super comfy bed. Felt like old Palm Springs. Ill be staying there again

I thought that this hotel was adorable. The only thing I would have changed is asking for a room not by the side door so we would not hear the street traffic. That honestly was not a huge deal. The best part of the trip was the staff. I brought my little puppy max and they were so sweet to him! Thank you! Thank you!!

Lovely young lady at check-in...very convenient location to rise early and make the tram for our San Jacinto hike!

Had a great time ! Friendly staff, easy check in they even had our room ready when we got there almost 2 hrs early (not that I would expect that every time though they did have a busy weekend) simple comfy environment, great amenities such as coffee 24/7 , gym small though if you need a workout it’ll do, pool was nice and really clean with pool towels and plenty of seating and umbrellas… the pool is great for a dip and relaxing and enjoying the music they had playing… the hotel is small and run by some really lovely folks. You do have to check in my 9 pm though I could probably say if you contact them they would work with you. It’s definitely not a party hotel so great for families looking for quiet and relaxing or couples as well. It’s a couple miles north of downtown but that’s like 5 minutes away. Beds were nice though our shower in the deluxe room was a bit tight yet effective. Had a fridge and microwave. You don’t really need a coffee pot since there coffee in the breezeway bar as they call it .found a scorpion in our room though I can’t hold that against the staff since we were on the ground floor in a desert hotel.
Overall I’d give it a 9.5 which to me equals 5 stars since there is no 4.5 stars

Check in was fast, friendly and informative; ownership is involved and caring. The property is eclectic enough to be interesting, but modern enough to be efficient and the location is very convenient.

Very kind and welcoming. Helped us with luggage and brought choices of a free bottle of wine. Great coffee machine with a variety thats very good coffee! Cold water machine. Left fresh supplies at door just in case we needed them when we were out. Very thoughtful!

We found the facility safe and convenient and had easy parking while we stayed. It was an older facility, but was well kept. The shower was a highly misted shower, which we found unusual, but did minimize water usage. There were no tissues to use. The Service was satisfactory, but only included removal of trash and change of towels. Making the bed after use would have improved our evaluation.
We generally think CA and Palm Springs is well over-priced for the lodging, dining, fuel and taxes expended.

Stayed here for 1 night and was good. The room was clean. The hotel also offered free breakfast at a near by restaurant. It was also great. Friendly and helpful front desk person.

Typical motel, facilities minimal, not a hotel resort, but they still charge an additional resort fee, there is a pool but very small, no jacuzzi, I only stayed for one night here as my hotel could not accommodate me. The room is adequate and clean, bathroom small, WiFi works well. As it’s on the 111 it’s very noisy, with no double glazing. Breakfast was included, but is only for a $7 voucher and is not on site but at another restaurant down the street so you need a car, breakfast will still cost you $20 inc voucher so their claim it includes breakfast is false. The main problem was lack of electrical power in the room, it was off, they did switch it on but it tripped off again, and again and again, I gave up complaining and just went to bed without power as I just needed to sleep, however the room was unserviceable, and as such should not have been offered, no refund was offered, based on this, the room was not satisfactory and should not be chargeable

What a pleasant stay! Calming retro vibe with nice updates and good upkeep on an older property. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Good links with the local community as well. Would recommend!

Small property but attentive owners and staff. They bent over backwards to accommodate staying in one room after extending stay with a second reservation (only way on Expedia). They prefer text communication but respond immediately. Very nice experience.

You can only check in from 3-9. It is on a noisy road but they’ve done a good job trying to hide the noise with a water feature. The breakfast is at a nearby restaurant. The parking lot is a strange shape and somewhat hard to access. We don’t plan to stay here again.

Staff were wonderful at making sure our visit was pleasant. Affordable, clean accommodations, on the bus line, safe. We appreciated the coffee in the AM, quiet AC, and vouchers for breakfast. Shower was very loud but we were able to plan our showers to not wake up the other person. Overall, a great experience.
