the Fordson is a destination hotel. I'm not going to spoil the surprise of when you walk in, the feeling of grandeur, modernism, and service that you will receive. this hotel is, simply, Excellent. I found no faults, nothing to critique, it is a place you will need to experience. I have found this to be true of all the Unbound Collection by Hyatt properties.

This hotel quality and the stay was very nice and the property is unique. Be warned if you’re bringing children that the pool changes to adults at 4 pm or 5 pm. We had children that wanted to go in the pool and we were not able to because it was a party atmosphere. The guest were also rude making the 30 mins the kids could swim very inconvenient.

Excellent! The only thing was the parking was on the other side of the street.

I had stayed at this hotel when it was the 21C museum hotel. I Love the historic building but missed all the artwork.

Staff was great, the property was very well maintained and we had an amazing stay!

I can not stress enough how AMAZING the staff was. Everyone was kind and considerate, went above and beyond at every level.

Overall the place was nice but amenities were not open including our door pool bar and the sauna. Was disappointed as the photos are misleading to how the place actually operates. Overall the price did not match what was offered.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and extremely clean The parkade across the street was only $10 a day. We love that it is pet friendly! Our room was cool when we arrived but there seemed to be a problem with the fan on the air conditioning and we called the desk. They immediately sent two very nice and friendly men to find the problem. They fixed it and all was well after that and we were even given a gift card for our “trouble” and were told if it continued they would happily move us to a new room. We didn’t need that as it was fully functioning by the time they were done. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a fantastic experience. The service was amazing, and the beds were super comfortable. I also enjoyed all of the natural light in the room from the huge windows. I will definitely stay here again.

Love historic and boutique hotels, and the Fordson fit the bill! We even decided to add a night to our stay. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and interesting architectural features. Great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is both a restaurant (which we didn't try) and a bodega/coffee bar. The pancakes and coffee are amazing! The pool is small, but it was not crowded at all. Everyone we interacted with was super nice and helpful. We appreciate Debra giving us a tour and quick history of the building. All of the valets/doormen were so sweet and shuttled us to and from Midtown/Bricktown. There's also an art gallery on the first floor. This place truly has all the amenities. There is a laundry service, but I would have liked to have a facility in house where I could do my own laundry (because I'm super picky about some of my clothes :-)). Our air also went out on the second day, but they were quick to get it fixed for us. I really cannot complain about anything!
