This hotel was sparkling cleaning and yhe staff was very friendly amd helpful. We loved the location. It was very convenient to the lightrail and also just a few blocks from the riverfront for jogging in the morning. The reason we probably wouldn't choose this hotel again was that each floor is just one long hallway and every time someone on the floor opens their door it bangs your door...so it sounds like it's your door opening. If you are going to be in and out before anyone else in the hotel, this is no big deal, but if you are trying to sleep earlier or later than the other guests it can get old. As a side note, the long hallways are grey with overhead lighting and huge numbers on the door, no table, no art...it feels a bit like a storage unit. But that's just a suggestion, it didn’t effect our stay!

This hotel was the perfect introduction to Minneapolis. The front staff were very accommodating, the lobby has a fun design, and the adjoining restaurant has great food and the best coffee I’ve had in years. The proximity to the Mississippi River and public transit was also a great perk. This will be my top choice for future stays when I’m in town.

Wonderful staff - courteous and efficient checkin. They offered underground (very safe) parking at a reasonable rate. The room was updated and clean. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is amazing. Will stay there again.

It was okay, wouldn’t book again. My friends and I booked it to go clubbing. You don’t get much for the price. No vanity, small bathroom. VERY limited free parking. We had to pay to park.

Nice property, nice hotel, nice rooms; great lobby entertainment options (oh yeah)!

I really enjoyed the stay. It was clean, quiet, and convenient( walking and public transportation).

Rooms are very nice and quiet. Parking is ok, but if there is an event nearby there can be problems as some overtake the nice garage making it difficult to find parking

We stayed to attend a concert at US Bank Stadium and it was so close - the light rail is right there too. Great location, great staff.

Great area. Walking distance to the Stadium as well as some coffee shops and restaurants. Hotel is great. Room is modern with a pleasant setup. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay, rooms were pricey because of the event happening, but the queen room was larger than expected which worked for 4 adults. The shower drain was very slow and we told staff multiple times that it might overflow but they didn’t seem to care. Check-in staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful, 10/10 Check-out staff was very dismissive and not once made eye contact or looked up from the desk when I was speaking 2/10

My only issue was that they didn’t know if and when breakfast was going to open on the day there. They didn’t seem too worried about it either.
