Breakfast not the best I had compare to other Hyatt regency hotels …. Also the service at the breakfast wasn’t the best . Felt like they didn’t had enough staff .

Upon arrival reception staff were unable to find my booking. Causing a delay of about 30 minutes.
Also I was informed by reception staff that my two children are considered ADULTS and not eligible for breakfast “ our policy is that kids are up to 12 years old, above that they are considered adults”. Never staying here again

Arrived at hotel to be told it was overbooked and no rooms! Moved to Voco Hyatt a lower standard and have still been charged! Will never stay here again.

The breakfast was pretty bad even though there was a big buffer. The juice and smoothie were watery and coffee tastes bad.
