Loved the shower in the bathroom. The staff were all extremely nice. Great breakfast buffet.

There was a gust next door to us with a dog. The barking was very annoying, it interrupted my sleep for two of the three nights we were there. Never booking a pet friendly hotel again. Breakfast was great and the airport transport was very convenient

The gentleman who checked us in was amazing! It was after 1 AM and he chorded us in quickly and was very kind. We had some technical difficulties but he took care of it. The room was overpriced but a good stay. The breakfast was typical, the coffee wasn’t fresh but no biggie.

Overall ok. Evening front desk was lackluster/ lazy. Breakfast area not supplied for large crowds/ 1 waffle maker and 1 toaster. Kids had to wait for kids choices; and were on time schedule.

Hotel was fine until we didn’t have hot water when arriving back at 11pm. Still didn’t have hot water the next morning at 430am when we left for the airport.
Tried both sink and shower and left running for 20+ mins just to make sure.

They said they would clean the room every other day. We stayed 4 nights and it was never cleaned. Not a huge deal, but they shouldn't claim something they don't mean. Stayed there for the EV charger they offered. It was Loop. A little difficult to get to work. We only ate the free breakfast on the morning of our departure, but there wasn't enough room, so we took it up to our room.

We liked the hotel, the only thing that needs to be posted is how the airport shuttle works, specify the pick-up place, we were waiting over an hour where “all shuttles” pick up passengers and after a couple of calls to the hotel we found out they don’t pick up at the shuttle area, they picked us up at arrival’s door 7.

The overall property and hotel room was nice. However, the breakfast was not great. The only eggs were hard, boiled eggs, and no bacon or sausage. The sausage gravy was very salty and the oatmeal was very runny.

We need a place to say near the Cleveland Airport that offered shuttle service. This was perfect for that. The shuttle driver was excellent and we left when scheduled at 4:30 a.m. Two minor quibbles: there was no one at the front desk for a few minutes when we arrived. Also, a confirmation email we received from hotels.com provided a link to use digital key service with hotel, but the link redirected to a page not found (404 error). The confirmation number from the hotel was required and we did not have that. I tried to message the hotel using the hotels.com app requesting the confirmation number, but never received a response. We ate at a Macaroni grill restaurant that was within walking distance of the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this Hampton annually since 2016 and have always been pleased. This time the following occurred:
