Wonderful hosts. Great recommendations for the area and helped make dinner reservations in town. Delicious breakfast (SO many options and all homemade -- felt like visiting an awesome grandma's house). Very social kitchen area with fellow guests and hosts. Would stay again!

Very quiet, rural area. Excelent hosts with breakfast options
that would shame most quality hotels.
Room was comfortable and spacious with excellent on suite facilities.

Very friendly, informative hosts, wonderful breakfast and accommodation generally. We would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return when in Modena. A hotel stay would not have compared to the service and attention we received.

Wonderful stay! Gianna and Giuliano are an incredibly pleasant couple - we LOVED Gianna's homemade breakfast and sitting and speaking with them. They helped with a few itinerary questions.
We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast spread was amazing. Nice quiet area from which to launch sightseeing expeditions. Ferrari museum and Modena balsamic vinegar producers very close by.

The host is wonderful! The room is very clean, modern and comfortable.
The location is just 10min drive to the city center. The breakfast is the best I have ever seen in a B&B. 100% recommended!

Stayed here 2 nights and made to feel welcome the whole time. Bedroom a bit small as you would expect with a B&B but bathroom a nice size. Breakfast is all home made and delicious.
Hosts arranged good tours to parmigiana and balsamic vinegar factories. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
