My 1st suite had trash under tge sink and smelled of cigarette smoke. I called tge front desk and was moved suites once requested. The 2nd suite was clean and smelled better.

There was absolutely no drinking cups in our room. There was no luggage carts to bring up my luggage. I waited for an hour but the staff never produced a cart. I dragged each piece up myself to 4th floor. I was exhausted. The lights around sink and vanity didn’t work. My wife had a terrible time doing her hair by light coming through shades. There were towels but no wash cloths. The only thing good about this stay was breakfast. The room was an absolute Unequivocal FAILURE.

The pull out sofa in the room was very dirty and we did not sit on it. The outdoor furniture was in very poor shape; dirty torn stained broken

I enjoyed my 3 day stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints. I recommend this hotel, I’ve stayed in a different Embassy Suites and also enjoyed it.

Our room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. They had to change our room and the cleanliness is awful. Our comforters had hair on them it didn’t look like it had been washed. We took and extra blanket out of the closet and it has hair on it too. Our couch we couldn’t even sit on because it was so dirty and worn out. Didn’t even use it. Gross!

Breakfast buffet was cold, eggs, potatoes, sausage. Even the oatmeal was cold. Use to love Embassy Suites because the breakfast was hearty and warm. Very disappointed.

Easy to find parking, the room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area is relatively small, and you want to be there early or it gets picked over very quickly.

Its a nice hotel, clean and with nice breakfast. Wouldn't recommend for family of 5-6 though. Stayed there 2 times and in both, they didn't set the sofabed for the kids. On the 2nd visit the sofa bed was for 1 although the room was clearly booked for 6 (2 on sofa bed).
Another thing is that the shower head on both rooms was not well attended to the wall and tiles around it broken.

Expedia or Embassy Suite screwed up my reservation and had to search for another hotel after I arrived for a business trip. Very poor business on someone's part.
