Beautiful place and lovley staff. Rooms are a delight of style and comfort. Parking service is a bit tricky, call in advance.

We spent two nights in Sorrento and couldn't have been happier with our hotel. It was conveniently located, the staff was super-friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back on a future trip!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Very close to the beach clubs and extremely clean and updated rooms. Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful. Only negative was a few stairs but will certainly go back.

Amazing! I loved my stay, they were so kind and helpful. The room was delightful. We walked everywhere and it felt very safe and quiet.

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is central. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was the stairs to the hotel. There was no direct elevator to the room, so carrying a suitcase or luggage needed extra work.

We are obsessed with this entire hotel/room! It was so big and CLEAN! The pictures do not showcase the property well. I wouldn't even book another place after seeing this and the price for these rooms is amazing. There’s also an elevator, and so many restaurants and shopping next to it. Plus the breakfast is so good! You have two ladies who can make you a personal breakfast along with the buffet! We wish we had more nights to stay here before going back to Chicago!

So adorable! Was definitely worth the money! Staff was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was delicious! Area around the hotel was very cute and is very central! Only thing is the hotel can be a little hard to find at first look- there isn’t a huge sign so keep your eyes peeled! But otherwise it was perfect!

This was our favorite hotel on our 10 day trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, the room got really dark at night so it was great for sleeping, the reception staff were warm and helpful, and the breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. The hotel was centrally located and the patio was a good place to have breakfast or unwind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
