This property is a gem in Verona. Just across the river from the old town, the room was spacious, very clean, had a really comfortable bed and the owners were very helpful getting us checked in. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was great, great location close to the city, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. The only bad thing was that there was no proper reception (we were greeted by Giulia and never saw anyone else) and there was no kettle or coffeemaker in the room.

Place was close to the city centre and the local area offered nice restaurants, recommended by our host. The apartment was not big and sound passed very easily through the walls from the other rooms and the street.

Amazing little find! Piano Tre was perfect for our one night stay in Verona…excellent location for all the main sights, bars and restaurants. Marco greeted us earlier than normal check in and gave us so much advice on how to tour the city in a day! Loved it 😍

Apartment clean and well equipped, position is very good, next door there's a little supermarket and at walking distance there're plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

Simple very comfortable small hotel (5 rooms total, third floor of old mansion). Great location: quiet residential neighbourhood but literally a five minute walk over the bridge to the madness of Juliets House. Rooms clever quietly elegant design. Hotel owner warm, exuberant, very helpful.. Walk up so perhaps not the best for people with lots of luggage or troubled knees. Come and go as please with codes - not a hotel with 24 hour staff or room service if that important to you.is

Piano Tre is perfectly located. Mostly locals with a nice feeling and it takes about 10 min walk to the Arena, shops etc. And Sabina, she is the perfect host. Welcoming, kind and so helpful. The room was perfect, big enough for two and super clean. Complimentary water and fruit juices every day. We had a wonderful time in Verona and at Piano Tre.

Sabina was the most gracious host ever !!!! Love her warm welcome, she’s the best ❤️

Great place to stay, convenient, quiet & clean & comfortable. We were in the top room so 3 floors up to reception plus another floor, but well worth it so long as you can carry your baggage. They stress this on their web site so they want you to consider this. The check in was easy & Sabina ( I think her name ) was so informative & helpful! Very old building but the renovation is modern & all painted white, which was maybe a bit of a disappointment but very clean for such an ancient building. A great place to stay while exploring the beautiful city of Verona.

I would thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel. Sabina our hostess was a treasure and couldn't d enough to assist. The location is perfect, easy and picturesque walking distance to town. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed.
