Booked for single night using reward points. It was totally worth it given booked with reward points. The spa and gym are incredible (extra fee to access on arrival) and the 'cosy' room was very comfortable with great amenities. Well worth it if you can afford it and even better with reward points. Staff were also very friendly.

It is an amazing hotel. With everything you may need and have forgotten. Had hair straighteners, phone charger, and many more amenities. The room was amazing. We got free parking around the corner which was convenient. And went for brunch nearby had a lovely weekend for our wedding anniversary. Would go again

that the Bar areas get very busy. I think they should prioritise residents in those areas. The staff though are very good and organised.

First time staying at The Ned and what a delightful hotel. Made even better by the upgrade to a suite! Love the spa and restaurants and overall vibe of the hotel. Staff were excellent too. Slight downside is the service wasn't the best at dinner.

Upbeat, great atmosphere to socialize and enjoy some evening event, safe and well structured.
Staff are well trained, restaurants are good and most of all it’s gorgeous building with its charming yet modern feel, wonderful ambience to spend a whole week to enjoy London.
