Very nice place with a homey feel. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. My only comment would be on the bath towels, they could get newer ones. Room and bathroom were very clean and welcoming. We were able to walk to the old city, even late at night and felt very safe. We found nice local restaurants with Awesome food, even a little convenience store open late where we could buy snacks.

The Jerusalem Hotel is a smaller boutique hotel, very clean, awesome staff that would go out of their way to offer their guest a nice experience. There also a very good restaurant on the property with some of the better food We had experienced in Jerusalem.

Very close to old city Damascus Gate, bus station to Betlehem, and tram station. Location is perfect. Hotel staffs are very friendly and honest. Price is quite reasonable. You can trust this hotel. Good for long stay .

What a wonderful place-- absolutely charming, perfect location less than 5 minutes by foot to Damascus Gate... The staff were kind and generous, the breakfast was just delicious and full of options, the room was magical with such a cozy bed and beautiful linens. I will return with family for sure. Thank you so much!

We loved this property. It is walking distance from the old city and the staff were superb. It was very clean and we were very impressed with our stay. They even played Happy Birthday to my wife during breakfast and gave her a necklace. Juliet was so nice and friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

The property is well-maintained. Rooms have old-world charm. Convenient and easy to get to all areas of Jerusalem by foot or local transportation. Restaurant has good quality food and service. The hotel is across from a bus terminal but there is a minimal amount of noise.

I only stayed 1 night but loved everything about this hotel. Gorgeous hotel, gorgeous room, fantastic shower, lovely staff, lovely food. 2 minute walk to the old city. Can’t wait to return!

Family run hotel, very nice restaurant with good menu and very close to the old city of Jerusalem through Damascus Gate. Also close to shops and ATM. Highly recommend.

The jerusalem hotel is all about comfort and location. Perfect walking distance into demascus gate and a stones throw from the garden tomb. This was ideal for us to be closer to the gates as it reduced the walking considerably. The hotel is very classily decorated, rustic in theme and comfortable with high quality furnishings. The rooms have all the amenities needed finished off at a high standard. The staff are friendly and assist with questions and support with enthusiasm. Our stay was over a two night period and returning to this hotel after each days walking was a blessing. The restaurant privided excellent food offering variety and quality.
