Room is newly renovated and clean. Breakfast spread is good. Staff are friendly. The elevator indicator light should show whether it is going up or down rather than just a light.

A good affordable hotel, located both near the shopping centre centralworld as well as the express train to the airport. Friendly staff and check-in went very smoothly.

Great place to stay - one of my favourite places to stay in Bangkok. They have the best bed and linens, and the room was (as uusal) super-clean. The room attendants here do an outstanding job! All staff, bellboys and reception are brilliant, very welcoming. Location is perfect for me.

I have put up my requests a week in advance, and hotel reservation officer did liaised me over it few times. However, hotel front desk told me that the requested room not available upon arrival, reason given is that due to my late check in.
Front desk staffs esp. seemd like senior staff get agitated when I asked another few more questions. p

The hotel is conviently located as phv drivers have no issue doing pick up or drop off passengers. The staffs are friendly, helpful and polite especially staff that are stationed near the lifts & on ground floor. The room is clean daily, cosy and comfortable room of good size with a nice city view. The hotel offer a nice breakfast with decent spread. Personally will recommend this hotel to any visitors who are on lookout for a good hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel in Bangkok, and I absolutely love it. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The convenience of having a mall and a massage place downstairs is fantastic, and it’s just a short walk to nearby malls like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, and Big C Supermarket. I especially appreciate the staff on level 1 who are very nice, always ready to help open car doors, and extremely friendly and hospitable. Additionally, ordering Grab food is very convenient as it can be easily picked up from level 1. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great location.

Service in the hotel was very responsive. They asked for a survey on the first day. I commented that the room needed a working table. That night when I came back to the hotel room, they had already installed a working table for my use
