I had a wonderful experience during my stay, starting with the excellent service at check-in. Christian was outstanding—having just arrived from the airport, he immediately understood my needs and made the process seamless. His empathy and kindness were truly appreciated in that moment, and it set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Christian, for your exceptional hospitality!

Clean and very comfortable overnight stay in a non smoking room (312 which was only )spoilt by the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom all evening and again first thing in the morning.

This hotel has two washers and one dryer and that is convenient while traveling with children. Also, next to Costco in case you want to compare it to the ones back in the US!

Very clean and nice hotel. The only negative is the location, the pool is right in front of some construction/ factory and looks very dusty.

Very good location close to the alhambra, catedral de granada and restaurants and shops. Provides two cold water bottles thet can be refilled at the cafe.

I enjoyed my stay. I had the opportunity to have a fully relaxing day while also enjoying a nice dinner in the hotel. The staff were also very attentive and friendly.

Cleaniness and friendly staff. Forty five minutes bus ride to centre(cathedral of Seville). But hotel is very clean.

Check in was great but that was all. For a Hilton hotel is pretty poor not even a shower cap in the bathroom. We had an interconnecting room which was empty when we arrived but at 10pm when we were trying to sleep they checked a family with a toddler which was running around banging things and the door to our room. I called reception to ask if they could help by calling the room next door and asking them to be quiet as we had a very early flight. The person on reception yelled at me and said that she would not call them and ask them to be quite. She was very rude and nasty I would never recommend this hotel
