Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Only stayed 1 night but after being on the road for 9 hrs, it was nice to see warm, smiling faces that were ready to assist in any way possible.

It was amazing the only concern was the hot water. It appeared that there was not enough for the two of us. Even if you were the first to shower. The staff for the front counter and the breakfast area went above and beyond. Really made our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend and stay there again. I just missed out on my military discount. Other than the mention above very convenient location and friendly staff.

Overall, good place to stay especially if you have a pet. Big room able to accommodate 5 adults plus pets. Breakfast service was excellent. Good variety of choices. Just some minor things that needed to be fixed.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel was that i was able to check in early and that front desk came up to my room to try and fix my TV.
Apparently there was some cable issues and some of us on the 4th floor had no service. They was going to move me to another room but I got a call that said apparently it wasn't just MY room. So I was assuming they were trying to fix the issue plus I had a party I had to get to. When I came back the TV still was not working so I had to go on YouTube on my phone just to watch something ALL NIGHT!
The next morning I told the front desk that I had no service my entire stay. She told me because I prepaid with Expedia and I wasn't a Hilton rewards member there was nothing she could do.
Now you all may think "It's just a TV" but if I only wanted somewhere to lay my head I would have went to a cheap hotel BUT I DIDN'T! I paid good money to have a FULLY HOTEL EXPERIENCE at Home 2 Suites which by the way was HIGHLY recommended to me.
Needless to say I will NEVER recommend to ANYONE!
Because even if I went through another website or wasn't a member I STILL spent my hard earned cash to stay there. And for management to act so nonchalant about it irritated me even more! I hope this hotel realizes that it's US who help you keep your job. It's US who keep this hotel doors open. Word of mouth still goes a long way!

The only good thing I can say about this hotel was that i was able to check in early and that front desk came up to my room to try and fix my TV.
Apparently there was some cable issues and some of us on the 4th floor had no service. They was going to move me to another room but I got a call that said apparently it wasn't just MY room. So I was assuming they were trying to fix the issue plus I had a party I had to get to. When I came back the TV still was not working so I had to go on YouTube on my phone just to watch something ALL NIGHT!

The staff was wonderful. My mom is on hospice and we had to move out for repairs. I had to add days a couple of times. They kept me in the same room and was so nice. The breakfast was great. They made a trying time better.

the rooms are very big and clean!! house keeping does a good job, but the beds you can feel the springs, and pillows are flat, the breakfast was nice and pool was nice/roomy, sitting area could be clean and the outdoor bathrooms was smelling. the staff was very friendly! will definitely stay again!!

This was a very nice and comfortable place. The kitchen was a great amenity.
The only down was that there was a lot of hair and sand in the bathroom as well as the floor in the kitchen area. Maybe previous beach goers. Not sure but luckily I travel with a portable vacuum for the health and wellness of my daughter and grandkids.
The staff was friendly and even though there was a lot of traffic due to a family reunion everyone was assisted promptly. Thanks to such a great staff.

I have never had a bad stay with Home 2 Suites. Yes they are a little more expensive but they are well worth it. I always love my stays here.
