Located in Southport, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment lets you experience it all. Fans of nature and the outdoors will love being 11 minutes by foot from Taylor's Bank and 2 minutes by car from Southport Marine Lake. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 11-minute walk to Splash World or the 11-minute walk to Spiel- und Sportarena.

DIY disaster,
Upon arrival found the place was filthy, found a mirror in the bath, the bath waste was blocked, the overflow fallen off, door shaved and not painted, no washing soap but worst of all a SERIOUS problem with flies. Informed the owner who was apologetic but offered nothing. If you don't believe it I have taken photos showing 16 flies in the bathroom. Every room.was infested with flies due to damp problems in the property (I am a building engineer). I never comment on places and am a regular hotel user and landlord myself but this place is appalling.All the work done is to the lowest standard possible.
