We recent stay at Meson de Santa Rosa was simply amazing! Nestled in the heart of a quiet, charming town with breathtaking views of several beautiful churches, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, allowing you to easily explore the area's rich history and culture.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of both our room and the entire property was impeccable, adding to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation.
This was my first time staying at Meson de Santa Rosa, and I’m already looking forward to returning. It’s safe to say that I’ll be making many more trips and staying here again and again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of Querétaro!

We only stayed here for one night. It’s a gorgeous hotel that sits in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The downside of the stay was that the air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot, And the bed and pillows were hard. It was my last night in Mexico before leaving the country it made for a horrible night sleep. It seemed like it could’ve been a five star hotel but with my experience I will probably not return here.

Service was terrible starting with getting our room until 4:30pm when the standard check in time was an hour earlier. Staff was not friendly and ignored our request for additional services. During our last day in the room a staff personnel walked in to the room without knocking claiming to be looking for a QR code. Stay away from this supposedly 5 star hotel.

This hotel is in the center of Querétaro and is absolutely delightful! The rooms are absolutely huge amd comfortable. The pool is great ant the food , var amd restaurant even better! 10/10

It’s an old property completely rundown. We had to suffer the inconveniences of everything.old.
No elevator.
Food extremely expensive
No parking available.
Ballet parking sometimes and they really charge very much.
They start the music loud, all around the hotel at 8 o’clock in the morning and they shut it out at 11 o’clock in the evening.

The property has an old school Mexican charm and is beautiful. Keeping this in mind, the bedrooms are very well-appointed, featuring Cable TV, a mini-fridge, and air conditioning. However, there is plenty of room for improvement, especially in the areas of food and staff training. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Location was great and we got upgraded to a huge suite which was fabulous service was nice but a bit lacking on the details.
