The hotel doesn't look like anything like its photos it's dirty and broken down do not stay here! That's the guy

The room was a great size for the price, and had a nice view. Double bed was two singles pushed together but was still quite comfortable. Staff dealt with our very little Spanish and were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average and the pool was nice.

Hotel is dated but clean and staff were awesome. Let's us check in early to put our bags away before spending the day at carnaval. Breakfast was great as well.

Great hotel for its value. Staff was great and so was the service. The only downside was the AC it would not cool at all. The city is extremely hot so this was an issue that I couldn't over look.

The staff at the hotel were excellent! They went out of their way to help.

Hotel was ok, look quite old but the bedroom is comfortable

The staff was nice and friendly, they helped me with my luggage. The room was ok. The only problem that I had was that I tried to cancel the night that I was not going to stay longer but they said that the website doesn't accept it so I had to pay half even I was not going to stay longer.

The management at front desk are thieves, I originally booked the property for 2 nights through Hotels.com. I decided to stay one extra night and went to the lobby with my credit card and paid on the 3rd day for the 3rd night. I was nothing but generous, tipped each staff member often, I suppose they see this as weakness. Upon checkout they told me I owed them one more night. I showed them receipts and proof I already paid. They told me to pay in a threatening manner, meanwhile I'm in a different country and they are taking advantage of the fact that I don't speak the language fully (pretending to not understand me, meanwhile the entire time we have communicated fine). I ended up paying as I had to get to the airport within an hour. The "bell boy" insisted I get into an unmarked cab to go to the airport and stood there arguing with me when I refused to be ripped off further (this taxi cost 3x the usual amount), I just ignored him and took taxi on the street. Wifi doesn't really work. There are better places for less money.

The hotel Stuff is very friendly and the hotel was great for a short stay close to some amenities and the neighbourhood was very good
