I enjoyed my stay very much. The shower head was not very good at all. But everything else was great.

check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the lobby, outdoor seating and morning coffee station etc. The only issue is that the bathroom sink has a large crack in it and requires replacement.

The room needs upgrading to accommodate technology such as charger plugin stations

Very friendly staff. Our room was heavily scented with dog urine. Water pressure was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

Not enough front desk staff to handle peak times

Great place to stay by the airport. Only spent a few hours there really but the place was clean/comfortable.

I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels in the Kelowna area. Property was clean, pet friendly with nice areas outside for walking etc, food at gulfstream restaurant was great. Good options around the property for other amenities as well. What I found surprising was the lack of basic customer service and/or manners of the individual when we checked in. I am used to receiving a warm welcome to a property and a run down of what to expect when staying there. When checking in, the staff member at the front desk was abrupt, distracted, and not friendly or helpful at all. She gave me a lengthy pet form to read and complete. She didn’t ask if we needed assistance or about a vehicle and didn’t tell us about the daily $10 charge for surface parking and registering a vehicle. We saw the sign in the elevator about parking when we were taking the first load of bags to the room. I had to go back and wait in line again to ask about it. I got the same person, and she blurted out that it’s $10 a day and vehicles had to be registered or vehicles would be towed. I didn’t know the full plate numbers so I asked if I could come back with them in a bit and she said she couldn’t even make a note while we got unpacked and settled unless she had the full plate number. It wasn’t a good first impression and set the tone for the stay. Thankfully the person who checked us out was lovely and helpful and cared enough to ask about how the stay was.

Convenient airport hotel. Very nice well kept property. Staff were very helpful. Room was in great shape. Nice and open. Was a very quick overnight to catch an early flight, so can’t speak to any of the amenities. The shuttle was very convenient going to the airport. Can’t speak for coming from. Being by the airport and highway it is not quiet.

Attentive and friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again.

This is a 2 star hotel for the price of a 5 star. Super noisy, uncomfortable beds and disgusting bathroom- it looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean in a long time, mold in the shower etc.
