Great stay with good breakfast

If your travel itinerary is packed and you just want a place you can sleep/shower, this is the place for you. The hotel is clean and Price is fair for a hotel that is less than a mile to the Main train station. I needed a hotel that is close to the main train station as i do a lot of day trips to neighboring cities/countries.
Room size is not big BUT the main thing i liked is that it has a walk-in closet. I love that i can put everything in there incl luggage so that nothing is on my way in the bed area. Breakfast was okay; and the menu is exactly the same everyday.
Location is great but the area not so much. It's only one block away from cable cars which can take you around the city and get you to the train stations if youre lazy to walk half a mile. Another option is the city subway which is about 3 blocks away. The only thing i have to advise is that to plan to be back in the hotel no later than 9pm. The surrounding area looks shady at night esp when you hop off from the subway where you then need to walk through a park with a bunch of suspicious fellas hanging out. Theres not much restaurants or cafes nearby and the hotel lobby doesnt offer much either. Like i mentioned, this is a perfect place to just sleep and shower before you get to your itinerary for the day.

This location worked for us but it always was about a 15-20 min walk to the subway so we found ourself taxiing a lot because of our walking ability. Taxis were readily available. The hotel breakfast food which was included was exquisite. A few of the staff were unfriendly, but the front desk operator on our departure was very helpful and jovial with us…a breath of fresh air. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Everywhere is clean(rooms, breakfast area, common areas), nice beds, excellent service and staff,very good breakfast.

Hotel Caroline staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service did a great job. The room was lsrge and had nice air conditioning. The walk to the subway was 5 minutes and allowed easy access to all the main tourist attractions and other subway lines. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There was a tram line tight around the block as well. Here is where the point was lost-the park.near the hotel had a lot of police activity and the breakfast was just average at vest. No eggs or hot foods. But I would definitely recommend the hotel. Great value for the price.

I just needed 1 night somewhere close to Wien Hauptbahnhof. This is 15 mins walk or 5 mins by tram from the main station. Super fresh, clean and tidy the room was a decent size and very comfortable. It was also an easy walk into within the ring and all the highlights of Vienna and of course easy to return by metro also. Next door was a Hofer to stock up on supplies. Room had a fridge and mini-bar if you wanted to use it. This, like the room, was a reasonable price.

中央駅に遠くなく、比較的手ごろなホテルということで予約しました。ホテルの直ぐ近くに観光できる場所や飲食店は多くないようですが、静かで交通の便も良いです（トラムの駅が近い）。中央駅までも歩けないことも無い距離。

I was looking for a hotel which was not far from the central station and not expensive. There were not many touristy places or restaurants/cafes near the hotel, but very convenient location (close to tram station, not impossible to walk to central station). The room was very spacious and quiet at night. More than anything the staff at the reception was so kind and thoughtful.

Nice hotel, situated in a great area for travelling to the main tourist sites. A 4 minute walk to the U bahn Keplerplatz and 15 minutes walk to the main train station.
Staff at reception were friendly and the hotel was clean. They tried to charge me for a drink from the mini bar which I had never touched, so they had obviously not stocked it fully before my arrival. I would advise you to check when you arrive that you have what it says. I never thought to check as I did not plan on using the mini bar but it was sorted and did not cause a problem.

It is little bit away from city center and shopping, but price is reasonable and close to public transportation. Stuffs are friendly.
