Parking, everything else was very nice

If you look for a motel close to the beach, the Crystal Sands Motel is OK. But you have to know that the size of the room is small. It was clean but a refreshment of the furniture would be welcomed. Also, the size of the parking cannot satisfy all the travellers, so we had to park our car in another parking lot, one block away so we feel less secured. And each parking space of the motel is quite narrow.

The bathroom smelled like urine, you could clearly smell that they don’t mop..it looked like they just do the minimum cleaning. We got a room with a sofa bed, when we opened it there were filthy sheets and someone’s DIRTY BATHING SUIT! We also lost power to half of the room. The blankets on the bed were stained.

Parking lot is small. Hard to navigate with anything but a small car. Not enough spaces. Close and convenient to everything.

I made a last minute reservation for this property. The office staff was super friendly and helpful talking about things to do in the area. Some of towels were torn in the bathroom but otherwise it was clean and a nice room.

The very affordable motel room was clean and practical. It's a no frills room but had the basics. The service was great. I accidentally left a garment in the closet after we had checked out of our room. I called immediately and the receptionist placed it in a secure place until I could pick it up. Beach is a very short walk. Maybe a block away. We will come again because it was very affordable and clean. I marked it down 1 star which I wish was just a half because I am picky about the texture of the sheets and sound of the AC unit. The parking is very limited but we found on street parking right beside the motel. They do offer parking about 2 blocks away. Otherwise it is a great place to stay!!! We really enjoyed ourselves and we felt safe in the area.

Very nice and clean for the price! Staff was very friendly. Close walk to the boardwalk and beach! The only flaw was the parking. Very Small parking lot and always full, if not you have to go to their other parking lot across Coastal Highway on the Bayside or find street parking.

Great Service! Excellent location so close to the board walk staff were very accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of.

The Hotel was great! And very clean we loved that there was no carpet in the room since we had a small child we felt the floor was cleaner. The front desk was very polite and helpful. The kitchenet was also a huge plus for an easy breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend!!!!

Everything was wonderful. The available parking is the only challenge. But luckily we found a spot each time.

Excellent staff very accommodating clean room!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Biggest issue i had was one of the beds had a huge ditch in the middle and squeaked all night so it was pretty sleepless. Besides that the rooms were cleaning and the area was welcoming

Very professional and friendly service.

The place itself was in good condition. AC was good, place was clean. The sink was clogged and kept clogging easily though and when we went to check in, no one was there but it said it was open.
